Immaculate brick ranch style home that sits near the top of Delaware park. A small but beautiful park that gives the home tons of privacy. A quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. It is a ranch style home with basement. 4 bedrooms with 6 beds 2 Bath, a Game room with foosball table. 2 cozy fireplaces, private huge back yard. Great for families and friends. Experience real Colorado at its Best. Each room is cozy and offers escape from the rest of the home. Close to downtown. We have many producers, directors and entertainers stay at our home because of the proximity to everything.
