Gorgeous Spacious 5000 Sqft home centrally located in a QUIET upscale neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to DISNEYLAND, Newport Beach, and Anaheim Convention Center. This 8 bedroom, 6 1/2 bathroom home has an open floorplan perfect for interaction and relaxation. Featuring a large gourmet kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, 6-burner stove, A/C, heat, 9 HDTV’s, 8 Beds, 4 portable beds, indoor dining for 18, outdoor dining, WiFi, BBQ Grill, washer, dryer, & much more.
If you are looking for a beautiful, large, quiet home to relax with your family or business colleagues, you found it. This spacious home is great for groups. Price includes accommodations for 12 guests, including children. NO PARTIES. NO LOUD MUSIC. Any groups of 15 or more require management approval in advance, and additional fee. We can accommodate 5 full size vehicles/vans maximum. Street parking is not permitted. This home is not suitable for loud groups. There are 7 queen beds and 1 king bed. Up to 5 portable beds can be provided upon request. This beautiful home boasts newer furnishings, including 10 flat screen HDTV’s in the following areas: living room, den and all bedrooms. There are EIGHT bedrooms, SIX full bathrooms, a powder room (toilet & sink) and 2 separate thermostats for your comfort. For our little guests, we have a baby bathtub, high chair and pack n play (portable crib).

Bedroom ONE - The only bedroom on the first floor in the main house. 1 queen bed. Has private bathroom. Portable bed provided upon request.
Bedroom TWO - (master bedroom) 1 king bed. Has private bathroom. Portable bed provided upon request.
Bedroom THREE - 1 Queen bed. Jack and Jill shared bathroom with Bedroom Four. Portable bed provided upon request.
Bedroom FOUR - 1 Queen bed. Jack and Jill shared bathroom with Bedroom Three. Portable bed provided upon request.

Bedroom EIGHT - This bedroom is detached from the rest of the house and has a queen bed, separate entrance and private bathroom. This room does not have central air conditioning or heating. There’s a fan and for your comfort.
Den - There is door, only a privacy curtain. Furnished with a 2-seater sofa and a TV. Portable bed provided upon request. No private bathroom.

Wonderful property for small business retreat!
We used this property for a small business get together of around 20 people and it was perfect. The amount of bedrooms + the casita was so convenient. The backyard was BEAUTIFUL and so conveniently shaded by the house throughout the day which meant we could spend a lot of time outside. There was great communication from the owner, only issue we had was not having enough toilet paper lol. Would highly recommend!

Overall good with some minor issues
The house matches almost the description on Vrbo except there is only one bed in each room (one picture shows 2 beds). I emailed the host in advance to clarify about the bed in each room so it was not a surprise. The location is good and the house and backyard are spacious for 20 people. The layout of the house is good so the kids and adults could have their own areas. The driveway is big enough to park 4-5 sedans. There are some minor drawbacks, for example, the Jack-n-Jill bathrooms have no locks between rooms. There are many light switches without clear labels (still acceptable). There are not enough toilet papers for 4 nites for 20 people and the host didn't respond when I texted her. Some people in my group got bitten by something inside the house (not sure bugs or mosquitos or what). Kitchen utensils are okay but could get better. We needed more forks. Overall, our group enjoyed the stay and would probably return again.

Did the job but not impressed
This house has a lot of space & it’s cool that every two rooms have their own bathroom. We stayed in this house with my 94yo grandma, twin infants and toddler + others adults. The host got us another high chair & pack n play, which was nice. I really wanted to like this house but it is not as upscale as it looks and there are too many conditions to stay here. Taking out the trash, quiet hours, limited parking, and they expect you to clear any visitors with them which I did not know. The finishes are all damaged throughout the house. Rickety tile in some bathrooms, carpet stains throughout, lights that don’t work in many areas, many walls with damage, hard mattresses, fridge leaking and overall minimally clean — found glass chips in carpet. Also if you have small children and can’t manage strict checkouts not the place for you… we did leave late 40 mins bc of my kid having a meltdown & got charged an extra $200 even though we did not delay the cleaning crew & were mostly out. The neighbors also don’t want cars in front of their lots so parking only in the driveway. Although a commercial van was left in the lot that took two spots. Things that would have been helpful if there was a manual to find basic things or get things to work. Took 2 days to find the towels & realize there were two AC/heat controls upstairs/downstairs so we were all uncomfortable for a while. The lights are not always straight forward either there are rows of switches. Wish host communicated better too.

A beautiful home for a family retreat.
My siblings and I gathered to spend time together, hang out with my parents, and go to Disneyland together. This home allowed us all to stay together, share meals together, let the adults stay up late chatting, etc. The home is beautiful and well-suited to family gatherings. The management was responsive and helpful and very attentive to our needs and ensuring our pleasant stay.

Epic Birthday Weekend
I rented this location for my 30th birthday weekend. The house was amazing! So many rooms and so much space for my guests and I to spread out and feel comfortable. The master bedroom was amazing and the backyard was as well. We really utilized all corners of the house and really felt at home. The only negative I have for this property was that the dishes and glassware were not clean when we arrived. We had to throw everything in the dishwasher before we could even use it. There were also a couple broken items (TV in detached bedroom and glass tumbler, a couple outlets). But overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
