With direct access to Beares Beach from the back gate (non patrolled) this spacious property offers a tranquil and comfortable retreat for any holiday maker. Single level and enjoying ocean views from the living areas and main bedroom, this large home is perfect for extended family gatherings. Featuring open plan living areas with high ceilings & a well-equipped kitchen with large dining table, perfect to bring family & friends together.
Bedroom Details:
Bedroom 1 - King bed, bedside tables, walk in wardrobe, ensuite with shower
Bedroom 2 - 1x tri-bunk, bedside table with chest
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, bedside table, built in wardrobe
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe
Linen: Doonas/blankets and pillows with protectors are provided for all beds. You will need to bring sheets & bath towels, hand towels and bath mats etc. Linen can also be hired locally - please call us to make arrangements
Bathroom: 2 bathrooms/3 toilets - main bathroom with shower and separate bath with vanity & toilet.
Ensuite - shower only with, vanity and toilet
Lounge Room: Sunken lounge - 2x 3 seater lounges, TV & coffee table plus
Dining Room: Dining table with 10 chairs looking out over the back yard
Kitchen: Electric cook top & oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, pots & pans
Internet/WiFi access - his property provides complimentary WiFi and password details will be provided in your arrival letter. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, therefore, please have a back-up plan.
Laundry: Front loader washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board
Heating/Cooling: Fireplace and portable heater.
Parking: Off street parking for 4 cars. Boats not permitted. Guests do not have access to the garage.
