Its a very quiet development.Palmas del Mar is a complete develoment.There a more than 3000 acres.We have schools , bank,restaurants,beach,yacht club,golf courses,hotels,tennis complex,walking trail,forest,bycicle trails,fishing,lakes,etc.When you stay here,its more than just a room,its a house with outside space for activities.

A Lovely Stay
The property was perfect for our trip! It had all the amenities we needed and was easy to locate. Communication with the host was wonderful and they made sure we had all the information we needed prior to arrival. Parking was easy and we felt very safe the entire stay. Everything was clean and comfortable - we really had a wonderful time! Would stay here again!

Very clean, well equipped beautiful property. The only issues I found was how much I had to walk from the parking lot to get to it, you need a key to enter a pool and that there is no cable tv. Also the beach is this area of the island is dangerous. Thanks for everything.

Awesome Stay!
As advertised - nice, clean and safe place. Beautiful views from the porch. Perfect location - walking distance from pool, tennis courts and cafe/bar. Excellent communication with the owner (Ruben). Only minor issue we had was that coffeemaker didn't work, but we got a brand new replacement from Ruben within hours of reporting it. Will definevely book again on my next trip to Puerto Rico.

Perfect Family Getaway
This property was perfect for our family. The host was communicative and kind. The place was gorgeous, super clean, beautifully decorated, equipped with every sort of kitchen utensil and equipment you could ever need. The bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of bedding, linens, towels and pillows. There were beach chairs, tennis rackets and balls, pickle ball rackets. The host had gallons of water in the kitchen ready for us. It had a washer and dryer, blowdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, beach towels. The host left very detailed description and instructions concerning all we needed to know about the property and the area around the property including restaurants, playground, facilities, etc. The property was located in a gated area that sits high up in Palmas del Mar in a beautiful Tuscany style complex. It had a hammock in the front porch and a pretty garden. I recommend this place to anyone!
