Ironbark @ Yea Springs is set on 4 tranquil acres just 5 minutes drive from the Yea town centre. A quiet and peaceful setting with no neighbouring properties with direct access to the Great Victorian Rail Trail and wonderful rural views of the Goulburn River Valley & Strathbogie Ranges.

The property has two modern and spacious 2-bedroom holiday homes – known as Wattleseed & Ironbark – that are brand new and provide exceptionally comfortable accommodation for up to 4 persons each.

This listing is for the Ironbark home. The Wattleseed home (which is the same size & layout) is on a separate listing.

Perfectly suitable for one or two couples, the home is set well back from the road and is ideally positioned for cyclists wanting to ride Australia’s longest rail trail, which runs from Tallarook all the way to Mansfield!

The Ironbark residence features:

* Two well appointed bedrooms both with Queen size beds, fully fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and quality linen & bedding.

Lovely spot for a weekend
Great spot close to Yea, modern, clean, spacious and very comfortable. It is great to find accommodation that provides separate rooms for two friends meeting for a weekend catchup. Nice surrounds and whilst quite close to the road we didn't hear any traffic at night. Hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!
We loved our 2 night stay at Ironbark Cottage! Host Ray personally welcomed us, which was a lovely touch. Located right on the rail trail, we were able to cycle in different directions each day. Cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a lock up shed for our bikes (even a power supply to recharge my E-bike). Ray and Leanne kindly allowed us to arrive a little early so we could make the most of the rail trail, which we very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Ironbark Cottage for anyone wanting to stay in Yea area.

Came for a wedding and stayed for the weekend. Ray was a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The property is new and extremely clean. A shed for your bikes and a good spot for sunrise and sunset. A short drive from town and right on the Rails Trail.

Quiet and comfortable stay
Brand new (only built a year or so ago) and sparkling clean with all the comforts of home. Kitchen and dinning well appointed as was bathroom and the rest of the house. Everything you would need was there. A quiet and relaxing stay.

So nice
The cabin is almost brand new, very spacious and has every needed facility. It was spotless clean and neat, nice furniture and very good beds. The surroundings are nice and neat too, and it is possible to take a walk on the property - up the hill with a spectacular view. A lot of bird life and definitely wombats around - even though we only heard them at night. A little bit of noise from the traffic, but not a problem at night. Only 7 minutes from Yea. Ray was a very friendly host, and we had good communication and a warm welcome. We would highly recommend to stay at Rays place. Thank you very much for a nice stay. 😊
