Nice and clean condominium just a few minute walk to the beach. This condo has a very large swimming pool and a fitness gym. There are restaurants, 24/7 stores, ATM machines, local food stalls, laundry places, massage places, etc. Public transport station is 4 minute walk away and the buses will take you to shopping malls, Cicada market, city centre, etc. just for 10 baht.

This 49 sqm condo with one bedroom has a living room and a bathroom. It is located on the 2nd floor and has everything you might need for your holiday stay, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 air-conditioners, a 55 '' Smart TV, Wi-Fi, balcony, a sofa bed, a coffee machine, a toaster , electric stoves, a kettle, a rice cooker, a microwave oven, a fridge / freezer, towels, a dining table, hot shower, multiple language TV channels, etc.

Please pick up the keys at the condo office before 6 p.m. If you may arrive after 6 p.m., please let me know a few days in advance so I arrange the keys to be picked up from the gate security guard. You will be asked to pay 2,000 baht deposit, but it will be refunded upon checkout.

Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Toplage. Strand, Supermärkte, Restaurants, sowie alles andere Notwendige, ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Zuschnitt ist ansprechend und die Größe für 2 Personen ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos. Die von ihm übermittelten Informationen zur Wohnanlage und der Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich. Das Appartement entsprach jedoch nicht unseren Vorstellungen einer sauberen, gereinigten Unterkunft. Die Spüle der Küchenzeile besaß keinen Stöpsel, was das tägliche abwaschen des Geschirrs unnötig erschwerte. Besteck war nur mäßig vorhanden. Es standen nur 2 Handtücher und 4 Badetücher zur Verfügung. Es fehlte ebenso eine Garnitur Bettwäsche zum Wechsel. Das beinhaltete alle 3 Tage einen Gang zum Waschsalon Diese Tatsache konnte den ausgeschriebenen Ausstattungsmerkmalen nicht entnommen werden. Die Balkonmöbel sind veraltet. An den Stühlen blättert der Lack ab und verfing sich in der Kleidung. Sitzkissen/Auflagen waren ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Dass das Appartement in der 2. Etage mit Blick zur Straße liegt, war uns bekannt; jedoch besonders der frühe morgendliche Geräuschpegel wurde von uns unterschätzt. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit erlebt; schade nur, dass unser Gesamteindruck von den geschilderten Eindrücken getrübt wurde…
