a table for 8 people and a sitting area with TV.

An independent WC will complete a bathroom near two spacious bedrooms.
A large garden of about 2000m² is for you where you can find all the children's games
(swing, slide) and the secured pool.
You can easily climb from Montélimar to Avignon, see pushing your investigations to the seaside.
