Nice affordable place
Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Location and neighborhood is great. The place does need a bit of a once over tightening some screws, handles, cabinet doors, etc. However, for a three day stay it was great for what we needed.

This condo was so nice to go back to after a day of biking. There is a private hot tub on the deck, which is next to the golf course. Also, it is so nice to have pet friendly places so you can bring the whole family!

Great stay
We had a great time in Moab and our vrbo made it all possible. It was clean and comfortable, the red rock view was awesome, we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub, and the price was great. Thanks!

Nice place, beautiful location, needs maintenance and cleaning
The condo is in a great location just outside the city, and it's well represented in the listing. It needs a little maintenance--the door code is very long, and one of the digits that appears in the code multiple times corresponds to a button on the keypad that doesn't work very well, so it's pretty difficult to get in and out of the unit. One of the toilets is not sealed to the floor, so it moves around when you sit on it. There was dried urine on the outside of all of the toilets, and overall the place was not very clean--but not unbearably gross. It was a comfortable place to spend the week. The mattress in the primary bedroom needs to be replaced.

Wonderful, quiet Moab retreat
We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It is a few miles out of town, which was fine for us (nice and quiet!). The hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again!

Moab golf weekend
The property was great, and much much cleaner than the properties we've stayed in in the past! The floors under the cabinets could be cleaned a bit but overall, was very good! Just wanted to let you know the fridge door didn't close very easily, you always need to make sure it was closed tightly. Thank you for all you did! Was a great stay.

Fantastic place to stay
Very quiet, and good location. If you are wanting a place off the main drag that has a ton of space and beautiful setting this is it. We were able to sit in the hot tub and actually seen the ISS "space station" go over head twice. The pond on the golf course allows for a nice serenade from the frogs. Would stay here again.

Family Gathering
The space was very comfortable and was well equipped with all the kitchen items needed to cook. We did a lot of that. The fire alarm went off repeatedly even tho there was no smoke or anything that should cause it. The carpet is quite old and could use replacement. Beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed the fireplaces since it was quite chilly and rainy the first day.

Such a treat
We had never been to Moab before and this was a wonderful place to stay. The view of the landscape from the condo was amazing and we took full advantage of the patio space - grilling and hot tubbing under the stars. Would definitely recommend.

Dirty and outdated
I knew going into this property it was outdated and I was okay with that. I had read several of the bad reviews and most bad replies that the problem had been solved. Unfortunately that was not the case. We never found the pool code to the community pool listed anywhere on the property so we had to call multiple times to get that, so we went three days without using the pool. The hot tub on site had one working jet and a used bathing suit on the ground when we arrived. The carpet was dirty and smelly. The fridge wouldn’t close, there was no ice maker in the freezer or ice cube trays. The beds were not great either. The only redeeming quality to this condo is the back patio and the view! It desperately needs a deep cleaning. The real question is if you have to check out by 10 am for strict Covid cleaning and sanitizing is that really happening? I called the day we checked in hoping to stay somewhere else and unfortunately didn’t hear back from the “local property manager” until three days into the stay. I would not recommend staying here. 0/10.

Nice Stay
Convenient location, nice that there was a pool, but needs more chairs. Pillows in the bedrooms need upgrading and the tv in the second bedroom does not work (I think its from the 80s). Otherwise a nice home, great that they allow dogs, that is hard to find in Moab. Also, be aware that the nightly rate is very misleading, once all the fees are added, the rate almost doubled.

Needs deep clean and refresh
All the other reviews are pretty accurate despite claims by property manager that new cleaning policy’s have been implemented. A few pieces of Dog food and ants on kitchen floor. Fireplace and Hottub were both broken and unusable. Shag carpet upstairs looked vacuumed but if kept there probably needs a good deep clean. Bed blanket in mater bedroom seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in years (we slept without it). Tried to contact property manager via text and email without response. I honestly didn’t want to fill out everything on their website to create a vacasa account to try to contact them another way. I will say view is beautiful on small patio and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Kitchen/Patio is pretty cramped for more than 2 people. Overall the hottub was biggest disappointment for kids. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Solano Vallejo Review
We stayed at this property for several days while we explored Moab, Canyonlands and Arches. It was OK, but you can tell its age. The hot tub only had a couple jets that worked and wouldn't get above 104 degrees, the showers showed their age and e had to wash the dishes before using them as they were quite dirty. The garage door sounded like it was about to fall off every time we used it as well! Might consider staying there again, but I bet there are nicer options in the area for the price.

Good property few hiccups
Beds were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Just needs a little maintenance. Toilet upstairs was a little wobbly, the disposal broke on the very first run but maintenance came quickly. It did not get fixed during our stay so we could not run the dishwasher. Hot tub was great. Heater was awesome. Towels were clean. Overall I would stay there again.

CLEAN THE DRAINS OUT ALREADY!
Complete inability to communicate with manager. Previous guests had noted the sink drains are clogged. They STILL are. And they were gross (like hair and other icky stuff in the strainers) when we arrived. You have to brush your teeth at the kitchen sink because bathroom sink was too gross. We were unable to turn the gas fireplace in the upstairs master suite on. Hot tub was dirty, not full, and had overwhelming chemical smell when you lifted the lid. And they charged a steep "hot tub" fee. PLEASE REFUND THIS, we couldn't use the hot tub even if we wanted to. On the bright side, location is lovely, and our dog was happy there. Plenty of pots and pans and good stove etc for cooking a meal. The gas fireplace in the living room DID work and provided nice heat. And handy to have garage space for bikes and gear. (Though they should clean up the open bag of spilled salt on the garage floor.)

Eh
The first night, the fire alarm went off at 3:20am for no apparent reason and having to use the automated phone system to speak to someone that lives in another state wasn't super helpful in that moment. Someone was supposed to come the next morning, but ended up coming at some point that afternoon when I wasn't there, unannounced. There was an insanely loud noise coming from the A/C vent which seemed to be loudest in the master making it hard to fall asleep. The upstairs shower and sink were backed up so anytime I showered I was up to my ankles in water or washed my faced/brushed my teeth, the sink would take a long time to drain. Some people in previous reviews mentioned a smell, I noticed it a bit when I first got there, but I didn't think it was pungent. The hot tub was nice. Overall, I think it's just really overpriced and needs some maintenance. But did I have a wonderful time in Moab??? Oh yea.

Safety near golf course
The condo smelled like food. Shag carpeting from stairway to bedroom appeared very dirty and has stains all over it. Master bathroom sink and tub was clogged and filled up with water when turned on. I had 2 golf balls hit the sliding screen door 2 times posing a danger to me while I was working at the kitchen table. If screen door was open or I was on the patio the two golf balls could have hit and severely injured me or my dogs. I had two golf balls hit my patio screen door hard two times on two separate days . I could’ve been severely hurt or killed if the balls had hit me in the head if I was working on the patio or had the screen door open . I felt scared to go out onto the patio because of this.

Cute condo. Private hot tub.
Nice place to stay. While we were staying at this home which we booked specifically for the private hot tub. The place really needs an update and a deep clean! Dirty air vents and ceiling fans. Carpet is also in need of care. While we did finally get to use the hot tub we had an issue getting in touch with the management company to service it. Which should have been completed prior to our arrival.
