5 Sea Oats is a great, 4 Bedroom old school beach house complete with huge bunk room! Plenty of room for the whole gang! Located just steps from the waters edge. Huge wrap around Partially open deck, great for sun bathing. Partially covered deck area perfect for those beach goers who may be nursing a sunburn. Large open floor plan with living room & kitchen combo.
Minimum Age Requirement 25. Rents Saturday to Saturday during main season unless the calendar is broken or the dates are approved by the home owner.

Great location, in need of upgrades

This house is in a wonderful location directly on the beach. However, it is in desperate need of a facelift. The house was clean, but VERY dated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small and all the the appliances are old. I can tell by the pictures of the family, that this house was once well loved, but currently needs some tlc.

Family Vacation

We loved the location and how much room this little house had! The only negative comment I have is they could have cleaned a little better. There was sand everywhere and lots of dead bugs in the windows but overall it was a great family trip!

“Flying” Beach Vacay

The view was astonishing from inside and outside the home. The biting flies on the beach were awful however. The house was roomy but furniture is tired and kitchen refrigerators need repairs/replacement.

Nice place to stay

We stayed 2 weeks in June 2022 Positives: Location is perfect, right on the beach Property management is friendly and responsive Kitchen is well-supplied, including large freezer, old fridge, and new fridge Beds are comfortable Negatives: 2 of 3 freezers quit working 2 days after our arrival. Appliance repair company still hadn't been there to check on them when we left. Dryer quit working. Repair took a week, so we were allowed to use the dryer at another house. Not ideal, but the best they could do. Air conditioner struggled to keep the main living area below 79 in the afternoon, but it was very hot while we were there. Overall we had a good experience and would not hesitate to stay again in 5 Sea Oats or in another house managed by Reed Real Estate.

Great place for a beach getaway

Only problem was that they should have turned on the furnace 24 hours in advance. It was great having an outside hot shower when coming in from the beach..

Beach Vacation

The house could use some updates. Dishwasher did not work. Beds were comfortable. Loved the bunk room for the kids. Short walk to the beach. Large fan in the bunk room doesn't look good.

Great family house

The layout of house was great. Being right on beach was awesome. It’s actually 5 bedrooms with a kids bunk room so really 6. There are 2 full fridges and a large freezer. The outside shower was great. We had a small electrical issue which was fixed quickly. The only negative was the 2nd indoor shower water would not get hot. The rental company maintenance came out to fix it. They requested the owners call a plumber. The owners declined to do so. But the maintenance guy was awesome and worked on it again til fixed. I really appreciated the professionalism of the rental company, not so much the owners. I still would like to rent here again in the future.
