The first level contains a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with seating for 8, a half bath, primary bedroom with a queen bed, & second bedroom with a full-sized bed. On the second floor, find a full bath and two bedrooms, each with a queen-size and one twin-size bed. All bedrooms and the living/dining/kitchen areas are air conditioned. Additional amenities include the enclosed outdoor shower, beach chairs, and a beach wagon!

With seating for all around the fire pit, enjoy gazing at the stars and making s'mores in the evening. Also, you will appreciate the charcoal grill and picnic table for outside dining.

Directions to the beach:

From the home, head down Foster Road to Grandfather's Lane, all the way to the end, and you'll find the path to the beach.
The Sea Pines Association beach is quite big, stretching from Point of Rocks to the condominiums.

Brewster Attractions:
Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories. The Brewster Flats have been recognized by Travel and Leisure in the America's Most Beautiful Coastal Views category and ranked in the top three. All Brewster bayside beaches have generally gentle surfs, and fine sands.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets summer over the Cape Cod Bay.
Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park, with two kettle ponds for kayak and paddle board.
