This 23rd floor, two story apartment for rent in Buenos Aires will blow you away with its amazing 180º views of the city!

Enjoy your stay in Buenos Aires benefitting from these absolutely breathtaking panoramic views of the cityscape. This impressive apartment is set on the 23rd floor of this high end apartment complex, with wooden floors throughout and has an overall feel of luxury, from its well equipped modern kitchen to its sleek bathrooms.

On the first floor you will find the living room, with plenty of comfortable seating space, and direct access to the star of the show -your very own private terrace! A great place to watch the sun set, glass of Malbec in hand! The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, espresso machine, plus a laundry area with washer and dryer. There is also a half bathroom.

On the second floor you will find both bedrooms. The master bedroom is really spacious, with plenty of closet space, the same breathtaking views that you get throughout the property, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is again, very generous in size, also en-suite and is equipped with two single beds, and a desk area. Both bedrooms have Cable TV and individual AC units for both cooling and heating.

The building benefits from 24 hour security, impressive pool, sundeck and a well equipped gym, which is located on the 31st floor – Work out whilst you gaze across the city, time quickly passes by.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The only slight mis step is the washer / dryer are not in the unit are located in the basement. But overall we had a great stay

Beautiful views in a great neighborhood

We stayed here for 4 weeks in February. The place looks like the pictures online. The views from the very large balcony are amazing. The city goes forever. There are shops and restaurants right outside of the front door. Palermo is enormous with more shops and restaurants than you could shop or eat out in a year. I highly recommend a stay here.

A perfect stay

The apartment was clean and super comfortable. We were 4 - a couple with two grownup daughters. The view is fabulous. The location is great. Everything — AC, kitchen, etc — was in perfect condition. And the landlord and his manager were welcoming and reliable. First rate!

Everything about this property and the managers is amazing! Apartment and building are top notch. Hernan was so helpful, from before we arrived, to meeting us at property, to helping us for things we needed around neighborhood, to letting us stay a bit later in apartment as we had a late flight. Ideal View and Space

The place was fabulous and contact with Henry was above and beyond what I expected. He answered all questions promptly. The only problem we encountered was that the description clearly stated that the kitchen was equipped with a washer and dryer. Since I was traveling with the family, the view with adequate space and the laundry were a real draw. The other things are that the heaters shown in the outdoor picture look so welcoming and yet on was stuffed with cigarette butts and the other wasn't operational. Our trip was in July, winter time there and that would have been helpful for the evenings. The indoor "fire place" that is on the wall, looks like a roaring propane device but it was just white rock and a light bulb. Even with the deceptions, it's a great place but I would have appreciated the truth in advertising.
