DO NOT BOOK
After emailing a request to ensure the house was thoroughly cleaned (one bad review already) I knew that we were not able to get a refund and were locked in at this point, management replied with “that’s always our goal” we were left with no choice but to accept whatever condition the home was in.
Let’s talk about the neighborhood, traveling with young children we would ABSOLUTELY NEVER stay in a neighborhood like this. I will say the actual street was quiet, but getting there felt like a war zone. Cops everywhere, people that looked super suspect literally steps away from the home…heaven forbid we had to run out for something like the cleaning supplies we need upon arrival, but I’ll get to that. To sum up the location, I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. The only convenience was getting on the highway AWAY from this property. We literally had to do EVERY activity away from the rental property out of safety concerns.
Actual home was described as luxurious! LIES, close to the Art District, not that close especially considering safety, modern, NO WAY!!! We spent 2 hours cleaning I emailed management who then replied they personally inspected after the cleaning before our arrival which there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY! The floors were filthy, bathrooms nasty, spiderwebs throughout the home, dirty mattresses, holes walls, creaky bathtub, unstable bunk bed, inoperable televisions. NO remote control worked properly.
