1. Minimum Stay and Special Discounts:
We kindly request a minimum stay of 3 nights to fully relish the wonders our retreat offers. Trust us, you won't want to leave any sooner! As a token of our appreciation, we offer fantastic booking discounts for stays of 7 nights or more – the perfect excuse to prolong your paradise adventure.
2. Celebrations and Events:
At Paradise Palms Retreat, we're overjoyed to be part of your special moments, including intimate weddings and events. To ensure everyone's comfort and security, we kindly ask that only authorized events are hosted. We've implemented external video surveillance to maintain a serene atmosphere and to keep track of guest numbers.
3. Your Private Oasis:
Prepare to be enchanted by your personal oasis boasting six spacious bedrooms, an inviting bonus room, and ample parking for up to 14 cars. Our gourmet kitchen and two expansive living areas are adorned with modern décor and large windows that bring the beauty of the outdoors inside.

Step outside and relax by the custom fire pit, where stories are shared under the stars. Delight in cooking under the palms in our outdoor kitchen while your guests explore the sprawling yard – a paradise of its own.

Every sleeping area at Paradise Palms Retreat is thoughtfully designed for privacy and space, and each window frames a picturesque view of swaying palm trees. The two separate common areas, equipped with plush sectional sofas and six flat screen TVs, offer a cozy retreat for everyone.

Our retreat is designed for your convenience. The main floor is an exquisite hub featuring the kitchen, dining area, and living room 1, along with three comfortable sleeping rooms. The lower level accommodates more bedrooms, a second living room, and additional sleeping arrangements. The separate third-floor entrance leads to a private room with a Queen bed.

For those considering hosting events with us, we're delighted to offer a stunning 3,500 sq. ft. Entertaining Area enveloped by palm trees and enchanting bistro lights. This space comes with ample parking, accommodating up to 14 cars in the expansive driveway.
10. Event Fees:
Our commitment to enhancing your celebrations comes with a clear fee structure:
Up to 40 guests: Additional $2250
40-60 guests: Additional $3500
60-80 guests: Additional $5000
80-100 guests: Additional $6,500
Please Note:
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, the maximum occupancy for events is capped at 100 guests. Additionally, all events must include a minimum 3-day booking through our online listing.
