Welcome to our quiet spacious country house, just a 20 minute drive from the Hobart CBD! The house is set on an acre of land with fruit trees to pick, and a beautiful view of Mount Wellington. There is plenty nearby to explore, Willie Smith's Apple Shed, Huonville, Pelverata Falls. The house remains nice and cool in the summer and in the winter if it gets chilly, there is a lovely wood fire in the living room. You will have the entire property to yourself!

We love traveling! We have lived in this house for 16 lovely years, and are now hosting short-stay guests. We hope you will love our house as much as we have! We love to meet new people, so feel free to reach out and have a chat! We have lived in Tasmania for a long time, and have a lot of knowledge about the area, so if you need any advice or pointers, talk to us!
Why they chose this property
This is a beautiful, spacious old house with modern renovations and full of character. There are hardwood floorboards throughout, with a wood fire and heat pumps making the house very warm and cosy in the winter. It has a lovely garden with lots of fruit trees and flowers and is very quiet and peaceful. It captures stunning views of Mount Wellington and the best view of the "Sleeping Beauty" from the balcony of the house. In addition, there are three carports and plenty of off street parking on the premises. It is a 20 minute drive to Hobart CBD and 10 minutes to Kingston or Huonville.
