The Dunes at Fitzroy Beach are perfectly located in a tourist hotspot, with a 2 min stroll to Fitzroy Beach, Golf Course and the famous Scenic Coastal Walkway or a 5 min walk to the heart of the vibrant Fitzroy Village. These modern beach tiny homes are fully equipped to ensure you have a comfortable stay in New Plymouth. Spend your day surfing and swimming and then relax in total comfort.

Beautifully appointed modern beach vibe, each unit has a king sized bed and fully equipped compact kitchen.

These tiny homes have AirCon heating and cooling, smart tv and dining tables that double as a workstation with USB charging. Double sofa bed in the lounge.

Each cabin has its own decked area to enjoy the sun with seating and bean bags to make the most of the space. The perfect place to base yourself while you explore everything our beautiful Region has to offer.

Each cabin is fully self contained with your own deck area but there is also a common BBQ area and guest laundry.

Remember to bring your sunblock, beach towels and your jandals. It doesn't get better than this. Book today and secure your peace of paradise.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Nice, tidy, functional place

Suited our short stay in NP very well. A step away from the beach, we were fortunate to have a front unit with green space which opened up the unit in a pleasing way. Really tidy and easy. Just a note for those who want absolute peace and quiet: while designed very well for privacy, sound will travel from busy feet on the decking behind (we were situated at the front). Putting that aside, a good place for a short stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the apartment was well equipped, with some glaring shortfalls. No drier, when it rains you end up using the heat pump to dry your clothes causing the apartment to feel damp and use much more power. A drier in the laundry room would be a big asset. Also, it would have been of great benefit to have a vacuum cleaner in the utility room, being beside the beach sand gets everywhere.The other issue was with the TV, it says you can go onto Netflix but when you try it reverts to freeview, also no TVNZ+. An upgrade of the TV would make the evenings more enjoyable.I would not reccommend the property until these issues are resolved.

Bed was divine, super comfyLovely feel to the placeOnly down side, the noise that came from children in rear unit( not their fault) the noise from them walking or running either inside their unit and or along the decking to and from their unit made it feel they were in our unit ...all times of the day or chance of a lay in that was certainly squashed ...parking as well was rather tight ..didn’t help matters with how No4 unit had parked their vehicle ...no thought given to the possibility of other guests arriving
