- Living Room 1 - Entirely enclosed glass balcony with futton oriental sofa with waterproof cover, curtains and lawn view.

TOO MUCH INFORMATION:

1) The keys will be withdrawn in the ordinance by Letter of Authorization signed by the owner.

2) The responsible host shall read the Internal Regulation of the Condominium, which is inside the Bungalow, as well as all instructions for the proper handling of the equipment, and the responsible host is aware that if there is an infraction, subject to a penalty applied during the period of its occupation, or damages to the furniture, utensils or equipment of the Bungalow, this penalty will be of its responsibility, being charged the same on the due date stipulated by the Administration of the Condominium or by the owner.

3) Any products or services provided by third parties, directly or indirectly, such as power supply, water, etc., during the rental period, are the sole responsibility of these, and the owner does not have any penalties or repairs.

4) For entry and stay of people beyond capacity in the bungalow, an extra fee per person will be charged, provided that it is accepted in advance by the LANDLORD.
The information and established rules established in the condominium agreement are part of the agreement and must be respected under penalty of fine plus any damages caused and more eventual extra fee per person beyond the capacity of the bungalow.



IMPORTANT

We do not offer bed linen (the beds will be tidy only with the colored bedspreads seen in the photos and with mattress lining) being necessary to bring bed linen bath towels and beach towels, toilet paper, paper towel, foil, plastic film, detergent and dishwasher soap. All utensils taken from the house out, such as cutlery, plates, pyrex, rackets, polka dots etc., should be returned where they were found.
The sofas and chairs from the inside of the house are not waterproof so please do not sit wet. We have an oriental futon sofa that sits on the front porch of the house that has waterproof cover.
In the house there is a LAVA / SECA machine from LG it is there to be used by renters of long periods like more than 2 daily, and also it is of exclusive use of the cleaning official to wash carpets and cloths of the house, it is a modern machine that when used in a wrong way, breaking and on the coast is very difficult to fix this type of appliance, we ask the care and common sense of the guests.
We have in the house an electric towel rail that can be used for drying towels.
When entering the house turn on all lamps as they will be out of the socket for safety reasons.
The house has two entrance doors the first one of bamboo opens with the key tetra and for those arriving at night please pay attention to hit where the tetra key enters. Most household outlets are 110V, being signaled when the outlet is 220V.
There are in the house a locker permanently locked for personal use of the owner, all other cabinets can be used.
