Great location
The location and views from the balcony were excellent. It was a great house to accommodate a group of friends for Easter, however, a few easy updates would justify the price point (better pots and pans, better ironing board, working washing machine etc). Communication with the host was also excellent.

Sensational location
We had a relaxing week at Port Willunga Dreaming - walks to the beach, wines on the balcony and fabulous meals in the area. We were pleased with the upgraded lounge furniture too!

Sadly Disappointed
The property was not ready for check-in, not cleaned and beds not made. Unkept, dated and in some cases broken, finishes and furnishings. Unmatched, chipped /old crockery and cutlery. Master bathroom new and lovely. Comfortable beds and nice linen. House location and view amazing. Property agent responded quickly and managed to resolve most issues within 24 hours. Great potential but not worthy of luxury listing or the price I paid.

This property exceeded our expectations and was everything we hoped it would be for our special family holiday. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. The layout of the rooms was perfect for a large group with plenty of space to spread out. We have no hesitation in recommending it and hope one day to return.

Beautiful home with warmth and character
We had a wonderful family weekend to celebrate a special birthday. This home was full of character and special touches- with a stunning view. The beach was clear and gorgeous and surrounding cafes and restaurants were fantastic.

Repeat Booking
Booked last January and managed to get a slot over Christmas/New Year week. Everything was as promised with the property and the view/location is exceptional. Only challenge is volume of passing traffic (on the esplanade) and associated noise during major holiday periods but this is obviously the same for all homes. Would definitely book again.

Great location and very comfortable
A very comfortable house in a great location. I’m not sure that I would class it as ‘luxury’ - the kitchen was not that well provisioned and the deck and outdoor furniture is very tired - but it is very comfortable and homey.

Port Willunga getaway
Overall an excellent accomodation. Whilst I probably wouldn’t list it as “Luxury” it was very comfortable, clean and great location. It’s a little tired and needs some updating but suited our weekend away. Walking distance to Star of Greece restaurant and a short drive for shopping precinct

Beautiful Sunsets
Beautiful views and location. The property was homely and neat, however would not describe it as luxurious. The kitchen was well equipped. We had eight adults stay and unfortunately the hot water system was not adequate and we ran out of hot water for showers

Beautiful Views
Port Willunga Dreaming is very well positioned on the Esplanade; great for long leisurely walks and close to Star of Greece for fabulous dining. The house was spacious and comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay, however there were a few issues and did not live up to a Luxury Stay. It was not entirely clean with crumbs on the kitchen floor and hairs in the bathrooms on our arrival. The blind cord fell off into my hand the first time I went to open the blinds in my room and the back door lock was broken. I was sent the incorrect code and had to call the owner for the correct code - luckily she was available and we accessed the house OK after a few incorrect tries.
