About this property

Beachcomber unit 603

Our building is located on the beach, this unit has an ISLAND view.

Completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath.

Come visit Longboat Key and enjoy our vacation condo. Our living area includes two living rooms, one with sliding doors to the spacious balcony with glass railing that overlooks the island towards Sarasota Bay.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a full glass sliding door onto the balcony.
The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, and the third bedroom has twin beds. The linen closet is well stocked with bath and beach towels. There is a Queen sized pull out sofa in the living room.

You can drive 5 minutes to the famous Saint Armand's circle which is known for its fine dining, upscale shopping, and exciting night life or visit downtown Sarasota to enjoy live theater, a ballet, or one of the numerous art galleries.

Our condo is located across the street and within easy walking distance of a brand new Publix grocery store, deli, public tennis courts, and a variety of smaller shops. Our location on mid Longboat Key is positioned well to allow easy access to the area attractions, but with a private sandy beach for a backyard.

The Beachcomber is a well-maintained six story building located right on the beach with a helpful on-site manager, WI-FI internet access in all units, elevators, and laundry facilities. Internet access has been completely upgraded throughout the building and all units now have reliable WIFI service.

On behalf of our guests and owners that suffer from asthma and allergies, no pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions! $300 fine.

Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance.

Please note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7 night minimum stay.

This a lovely place to ‘relax and unwind The turquoise water, the white sand, the tranquility all add up to a peaceful vacation. We hated to leave.

Paradise in Longboat Key

The only thing we regret about this trip is not being able to stay longer. Our family visited Longboat Key July 2021 and had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo. The unit was equipped with everything you could need. The home owners have anticipated your every need and left no detail to chance. The kitchen is fully stocked, the décor is modern and welcoming, the location is close to great restaurants and neighborhood grocery stores as well. When you walk out of the building you are only steps away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Longboat Key. Management is onsite and extremely helpful. Easy parking and access to BBQ grill and common area also great. This is a great unit, and we look forward to visiting again soon!
