About this property

Spacious and bright, 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bath townhome in the Scenic Meadow area of Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 8 (approx. 1300 sq. ft.). This spacious unit is just steps from the free town shuttle that will take you all around town, and to/from the mountain every 15 minutes.

Gain entry to the unit via the first floor, which has a mud room/bench, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The second floor features the living room, kitchen, dining room (with table for 6 and bar stools for another 2), and third full bath. The third floor features the closed/semi-private loft.

The first downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed, the second downstairs bedroom has a King bed, and the loft has two built in Twin beds, two Queen bed . The unit has 4 TVs in total, one in each bedroom, and a large flat screen TV in the living room with a smart streaming Blu-ray/DVD player. The living room also features a wood-burning fireplace to help you relax after a long day on the mountain.

We offer free password secured WiF, an in-unit washer/dryer, and plenty of board games. This is a quiet end-unit with nice views of the Sherwin Mountain Range, as well and the pool/hot tubs/sauna (which are just steps away).

The Snowflower complex features a hot spa and sauna, seasonal swimming pool and communal BBQ, tennis court, complimentary internet and cable TV.

Two paper parking passes are located on the kitchen counter. Parking is unassigned in the parking area in front of the unit on. first-come, first-serve basis.

Great condo in Mammoth

Enjoyed our stay. Group of six adults for hiking and fishing trip. Clean and updated. Well-appointed kitchen with everything needed to cook all of our meals except for groceries. Would definitely stay here again.

Great space & centrally located

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunflower #62. The unit was clean, spacious and had all of the necessary amenities for our group. The property was centrally located to town & the neighboring lakes. We had a few minor appliance issues upon arrival, which management responded immediately & fixed the following morning. We'd definitely book again in the future.

Mule Days Getaway

My two grandsons, their other grandpa, and myself enjoyed the spacious condo, with beautiful views of the Sierras. The grandsons loved the hot tub and pool.

Rented at Snow Flower several times in the past. This unit was a good one. Pool was close and place was well supplied and stocked. Would rent there again!

September Review

We really appreciated the location of the condo which was away from the center of town. The location was quiet and the condo was quaint with a cabin rustic feel. What kept the condo from earning a 5 star rating was the loose tile in the mid-level bathroom and the carpet seemed to be be a bit dated. Overall, the condo was a great please to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet during the late summer month of September.

Great and spacious

This place was very clean, spacious and accommodated all Our needs. The loft was pretty amazing.. i love how the twin beds fit nicely into the loft.. this place had everything you needed to cook and the kitchen was clean. I felt great about using everything. Id definitely stay here again.

Quick Fam Getaway

Cozy space, beautiful landscaping, well kept common areas and conveniently located. Seems like property is used mostly during ski season, which could be why carpets could use a deep clean and deoderizer. With a little attention to detail, this spot will please many future guests.

Great location!

Terrific location to explore Mammoth Lakes. Condo is super comfortable (especially the beds) and was perfect for two families going skiing. Our only complaint is that there was not a coffee maker (an essential) on site. We had to call three times to get one - luckily, our third phone call put us in touch with Jesse who sped over with a coffee maker. Great location, comfy condo - we'll come back for sure.

Great loft for teens

We had a great time at the condo. The heating was a little tricky to keep even between the 3 levels. The bedding could be freshened up in the bedrooms. The dining table was really nice and accommodated our group nicely. There’s a direct view to the pool and jacuzzi which was nice so we could keep an eye on our teens.

Ski Getaway

This was a great property! plenty of space for all of us. Close to the hot tub. So convenient being next to the bus stop. Used the free bus to get to the slope each day and to get to the firework show. The condo was very well stocked, thou we could have used more towels or separate towels to take to the hot tub each evening. Not sure what happened with the check-out process, as we did ski that morning and I was trying to get an extra hour checkout. Denied with a very unfriendly email.Anyways managed to get out and have the placed clean 19 min late with no charge. Overall, a great property, would definitely stay again.

Quiet spacious condo with helpful property manager

We were generally happy with this property, however we only ended up staying here one night. There was one blanket that needed cleaning in the drawer, but there were enough extras so we weren't lacking. However, the cable was only working on one of the TVs, so after attempting to get it fixed, the property manager offered to move us to another comparable unit that we enjoyed even more. We would stay in either unit again.

Just what we needed

The condo was clean (in fact the carpet was damp for 3 days because they had just cleaned them & a storm rolled in that didn’t allow them to dry as quickly as we’d liked.) we asked for an early check in, but on the day of, we couldn’t get in until a few minutes after our original 4pm check in (probably due to the carpet cleaning). The condo was well laid out and perfect for us. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool was utilized by the kids! The appliances were nice. We appreciated being able to have laundry in house. All in all, we’d stay here again!

Nice Mammoth Getaway

Check-in process was simple, and property management company was very accommodating. Condo has carpet which felt unclean. Several bedroom and window screens had holes in them. The slider screen door also had holes and would not fully close. Kitchen was mostly stocked, but we ended up re-cleaning all the pots and pans. Floors are creaky, so watch out if you stay on the first floor. Overall complex was nice, well kept, and close to all our favorite things.

Great place in a perfect location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The cabin was clean and perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. The loft area was PERFECT for the kids and allowed them a place to escape to for playing and watching movies. We barely saw them unless we were on the slopes! Would 100% recommend to friends - already have! Thanks for having us!
