About this property

Excellent 135 m2 apartment 70 m from the sea, with electric barbecue and Wi-Fi

Apt. With 135 m2 floor area, two garages, suite, terrace, beach service, walk in the sand, 70mts from the beach. It has swimming pool for adults and children. Excellent living room, all equipped with television, refrigerator, freezer and etc. It also has very comfortable sofas and dining table for 8 people. It also has a beach service with two umbrellas, 5 beach chairs, if necessary I have 3 extra chairs, a super market type to carry the shopping, access to the beach through the garden (PI), no need to cross the street, location on the beach with marquee space for umbrellas, benches in the garden for rest and reading. The apartment has a protective screen for children, plasma TV, stereo, besides the three bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans, also has maid's room with ceiling fan and full bathroom.

Viagem perfeita!! O Apartamento muito bom! Muito bem equipado, tinha tudo o que precisávamos. O prédio conta com uma piscina ótima. Não conhecíamos a praia de Riviera.. maravilhosa!! Nunca ficamos em um apartamento tão pertinho da praia. A proprietária Waldete extremamente atenciosa! Voltaremos!!

O apartamento é bem gostoso! Camas confortáveis com roupa de cama limpinha! Chuveiro bom, secador de cabelo e toalhas macias! Sala bem espaçosa e cozinha equipada! Ótimo apartamento em Riviera.

Apartamento espaçoso, muito próximo da praia, além do diferencial que é o fornecimento de roupa de cama e toalhas de banho. Cozinha excelente para usar. A atenção e flexibilidade da Waldete é incrível! Sempre preocupada com os hospedes. Indico o apartamento dela a todos e voltarei em breve.

Além do destaque do apartamento ser amplo e próximo da praia, além disso um grande diferencial é a roupa de cama e tolhas de banho disponíveis. Apartamento excelente, amplo, muito perto da praia, com muitos utensílios de cozinha e itens necessários no dia a dia como tapetes, panos de prato, panos de chão, sacos de lixo, etc. Sem contar nas roupas de cama e toalhas, todas cedidas pela proprietária e em perfeito estado.
