This two story comfortable home sits very quietly amongst the trees on Patanga Street between the shopping precinct of Hawks Nest and Bennett's Beach. Wake up each morning to the sound of the local birds, enjoy your leisurely breakfast out on the deck, walk to the local supermarket or for your daily swim at the beach or for the game of golf. Though the property is NOT fenced your pet dog is welcome.
