We have stayed here before. Its a great location to get away from it all. It was good to see the electrics have been updated. And good that the house is dog friendly with a large secure yard.
Our only issue is the musty smell that is still at the property and the mould on the leather sofa which needs addressing. Otherwise everything was great
Remember to bring towels/linen etc. Other items as well, matches to light BBQ, toilet paper, tissues, and any condiments you need. There is nothing at the property bar washing liquid and dishwashing powder. It is a great location, very quite and close to everything you need.
Property has a lovely grassed fully fenced back yard which is good as your pet is not allowed inside the house. We did not find this out until the check-in process.
This holiday rental was one of the best I’ve stayed at, so clean tidy and comfortable. Weather wasn’t always the best but the home had everything to make a dreary day quite entertaining with it’s outside deck for family and friends. I will book a week here again.
We really like the house and felt very homely. If we weren't moving interstate Nd it was for sale would have bought. It's comfortable, the wildlife is amazing with even a friendly possum. Pet friendly and cosy.
the house appeared clean when we entered, however inside there were cobwebs on walls, windows, ceilings and light fittings. many house spiders in the cornices. the backyard trees and bushes were so overgrown that they kept the sun off the clothes line. roof gutters were full of leafy matter that they leaked badly when it rained. the house was located centrally, to both Hawks Nest and Tea Gardens. Walking distance to local shops and club.
We came to NSW from QLD so my husband could say goodbye to his family as he has terminal cancer
It was great to be able to bring the whole family dog included and have a place to relax after some hard days
The house was great definitely enough room for us all
