Perfect condo

Our family had a fantastic trip. Our 6 and 8 year old boys loved their bunkbed room with tons of games, puzzles and books. Everything as advertised, we hope to be back.

bright, spacious, ideally located

This spacious condo was a a wonderful place to bring our extended family for a long weekend. The location was ideal for us- especially for those wanting to ski. It's modern, clean, with all the amenities we could want. We especially enjoyed the large living and dining room area. Our hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

A wonderful stay with the family

We had a really great stay during ski week. The place was very clean and well stocked. The checkin/checkout process was completely painless, particularly the checkout process. We will definitely put this on our short list of places to stay near Truckee.

Great Tahoe Donner location

Beautiful view and comfortable living space. Very easy access to downhill and cross-country skiing. Owners extremely responsive. Interior lighting a bit harsh. If it's going to snow, it's a good idea to take advantage of the garage.

Fantastic views and great location!

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. The views are breathtaking and the apartment is spotless and very comfortable! We loved the gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds, convenient location, and again the gorgeous views! We easily walked to donner ski ranch resort and rented our equipment there. Marcus gave us suggestions on local dining and was always very responsive. We would definitely love to come back again!

Mountain Delight

This condo is fantastic and it includes everything you need for your family or friends to have an amazing stay. The rooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were fully stocked with soap, shampoo, and towels. The kitchen was beautiful with lots of well maintained dishes, coffee maker, blenders, and all the kitchen implements you need. In addition the kitchen had coffee and great hot chocolate mix for the guests. The deck has a beautiful view of the mountains and we could watch the sunrise each morning. Markus the host was extremely responsive and quickly answered all of our questions and gave us lots of good recommendations.

Tahoe Donner Get Away

This is our 3rd year staying at Marcos place. He is wonderful to communicate with- responsive and goes the extra mile. The condo is beautiful! Super clean, stocked with just about every imaginable item, light and airy with beautiful sunrise views off the deck. We will be back next year! Thank you Marcos!!

Wonderful place

Everything about this property was great. It is so well appointed that it was the best VRBO is have ever stayed at. The icing on the cake is the marvelous deck which is wonderfully comfortable, with a spectacular view. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Terrific Tahoe Donner Trip!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home is clean, comfortable, with a great layout and fun design/furnishings. It is in a great location with a gorgeous view off the back deck. Its perfect for a family. We loved being able to use the Tahoe Donner amenities nearby. We look forward to another return visit.

Clean, Comfortable, Well Equipped

A girlfriend and I were in the Truckee area for a painting workshop. We came home each night exhausted from lugging our art equipment and standing on our feet each day. This condominium was warm, comfortable and perfect to come home to. Marcus was attentive to answering any calls with questions we had about the property and area. In addition, there is a welcome book with information about the property and Truckee area that was helpful. The deck had beautiful views of the mountains and a small bit of Lake Tahoe, and looking the other way, views of the hill this condominium is set on. The condominium was better equipped than any other place I have stayed. I can't even begin to list everything they had. I suspect you will miss nothing. The decor was a combination of mountain and fun, quirky touches. There were door stops that resembled people looking like they were crawling out from under the door. I can think of nothing I would want for, and nothing I would change, save for climbing the stairs to the second floor after a long day of painting. I wouldn't even change this, as it is why the views were spectacular.

Idyllic mountain escape

This place was PERFECT. The apartment was impeccably clean and well appointed, with tremendous views from the deck and living area. The kitchen was fully stocked. Check in was very straightforward and communication with the host was simple and promptly responded to. Best of all, we were walking distance from the downhill ski area and a very simple drive to town so it was easy to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Really appreciate the cleanliness, quality and care of the entire place. Host was very helpful with our questions. This place has everything for a family with kids and the kitchen was full of useful appliances and cookware that allowed us to cook most of our meals.

Great family ski trip!

We had the best stay at this Tahoe Donner ski condo - super close to the downhill ski resort, fantastic mountain views from the living room, super clean and well stocked - it worked perfectly for our family of 4 with two young children. The host, Marcus, was very helpful and responsive. We hope to return again next year!

Great setup

Marcus' property is clean, well equipped and well located. Marcus is a communicative host and the property is setup for guests - the whole operation is professional. We were there with school age kids learning to ski and Tahoe Donner is a great spot for that (and walking distance if you don't mind carrying skis). Great find!
