Come relax, create or base your island excursions from this fully appointed two bedroom suite retreat.

Located in one of the quietest, prettiest, most convenient locations in Nanaimo; it is the home of resident host Ray Patrick.

The suite was purposed with your comfort and carefree stay foremost in its preparation. Complete with luxurious bedding, fluffy pillows, heated floor bathroom, tub/ shower, spa quality toiletries, cushy robes and slippers.


Your kitchen is fully appointed with a full size fridge, stove and all you'll need to create your favorite meals. If you don't feel like cooking then adventure out to experience some of the many fine dining restaurants which Nanaimo has to offer.

Your suite includes a spacious living area with gas fireplace, flat screen HDTV, cable with many viewing channels, Wi-Fi, area maps, brochures, games, books and puzzles.

Also a washer and dryer are in suite, for your convenience.

Enjoy relaxing on your private covered deck with ocean, mountain, and forest views, after you’ve taken in the sights and sounds of wonderful Nanaimo.

There are many beautiful parks, lakes, places to visit in Nanaimo less than 15 minutes away.

The property is not by the beach, but you’re a couple of min drive to one of the most popular parks, “Neck Point Park", which is right across the street. [Note: Photos of the beach and sunset are taken from Nick Point]

Many people enjoy hiking up to the bluff there and watching the breathtaking sunsets. You may catch sight of a pod of orca or dolphin swimming right by you as you gaze and share a bottle of your favorite beverage. It’s such a romantic, place we feel lucky to live here. "Pipers Lagoon Park" and "Linley Valley Park" are just minutes away drive. Bring the swim suits, snorkel, kayak, boat and fishing rods for your own marine discoveries.

Nanaimo has all the shopping amenities you’ll need, and lots of excursions you can take, including a trip to Mount Washington for skiing just over an hour away. With its central location, Nanaimo is a perfect base point for other trips all over the island.

Savvy Seagull is an adult oriented guest suite, though children are welcome. Ask owner about its suitability regarding the age of your children.

Unfortunately, sorry but the suite is not wheelchair accessible. There are 28 stairs to descend to get to the suite.

The hosts live up stair and have pets of their own, therefore your pets are not able to accompany you in your stay.
