## Space

This villas are connected from inside

15 cosy and finely decorated bedrooms, each coming with its large queen size bed*, work space/desk (equipped with adaptors), his and hers wardrobe, mini bar station and safe.

Bedding configuration:
- 15 queen size bed
- or 15 queen size bed + total 8 units of extra bed can be set up (4 extra bed for each 6BR villas, with additional charge at IDR 350,000 per unit per night)
- or 15 queen size bed


15 tropical ensuite bathrooms*, each coming with luscious shower bath surrounded by its tropical garden, toilets, locally organic made beauty products, fresh towels and hair dryer.
*(Three out of the six are semi open, the rest is enclosed)

A fully furnished chef’s kitchen, including its breakfast bar, wine cellar, massive dining table sitting twelve, a large stove and oven, filtered cooled water, ice makers, robots of all sorts (blenders, rice cookers, mixers, grills, etc..), barista style coffee machines, large selection of spices and cooking oils, chef’s cookware, arty cookery/glassware/cutlery and many more.

A grand lounge, including an extremely large and comfy sofa, a 3 meters wide screen coupled with its projector and connected to all medias (Netflix, Youtube, 60 channels including sports ones, dvd player, your computer), a library with all sort of books.

A lush garden with a stunning view over the rice fields and the mount Merbuk. Its outdoor lounge and the twelve meters long infinity and chemical free pool are the perfect spots to watch the colorful and unforgettable sunsets of Bali. The various indigenous trees provide shade and fresh fruits and the two decks give the perfect spots.

## Services

Our villa provides the possibility to order breakfast. We do our best to provide meals that are made with organic and healthy ingredients only. Our menu consists of Indonesia’s most loved meals, Mie goreng and Nasi goreng. We have as well some Westerns classics; English breakfast or Smashed Avocado, some Healthy bowls of fruits with its delicious variant tastes (berries, mango, peanut and more) and there’s more! French sweet breakfast with Bali’s well-known viennoiseries from Monsieur Spoon! Everything is accompanied by fresh juices, fruit platter, coffee or tea. Every meal stated above costs around 8USD only.

We offer as well the service of a chef in extra charge for 500,000IDR for cooking fee ( for 6 pax) + groceries + 15% government tax, but for larger groups we have a couple buffet, BBQ menus that we can propose with a price fixed per guests.

Located in the heart of the calm and serene village of Canggu Babakan, this accommodation is only a short driving distance from all of the trendy and vibrant restaurants, cafes, and nightlife of Canggu. Wether you want to relax in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, enjoy beautiful sunsets or explore traditional temples. You will also have no trouble indulging in the local cuisines and entertainment experiences that that Canggu has to offer.

## Check-in Instructions

- Check in time starts at 2 PM
- There is staff 24/7 at the villa to welcome you. Check in will be arranged through mail or text and we will give you the number of the villa manager, so you or your driver can contact him. Coordinates will be communicated to you as well.
- Number of guest should be the same as the booking


## Check out instructions

Check out has to be done before 11 am.The villa will be fully inspected and your damage deposit will be refunded if nothing is broken or damaged.


## Transit

Optional (additional cost) – please book 24 hours in advance:
- Driver: a 6/7 passenger car can be used up to 8 hours a day with driver, taking you all the places you would like to visit.
- Scooters rental

ADDITIONAL NOTE :
*Pets are not allowed to be in the premises, except, there is approval from our management board. Regarding this matter, 30% deposit for pets would be required, provided that they are well-trained and that you leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.
*Crib is available on additional charge and 5 days notification in advance prior to arrival is needed (subject to availability)

Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various small animals in Bali (during the stay), ranging from the endangered creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito in our villa by doing fogging for once a month and clean the villa in details every day. However, we cannot control and guarantee that there will be no mosquito at all after regularly arranging the treatments. Therefore we provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa to make your stay convenient.
