Great spot with a great host

Arnaud is a hero. Not only was the apartment really nice with little touches like a nespresso machine, but he bailed us out by collecting us at the airport when our plane was late and the taxis all had left. I hope to stay there again someday.

Large, quiet apartment

We enjoyed staying in this large, quiet apartment. Host is very nice and accessible. Bus stop for going to oldtown is just in front of the building, which was very convenient. Parking is in the complex. Highly recommended!

Super Sejour

Bonjour, je tiens à remercier Mr Colin pour sa gentillesse et son acceuil. Il a su répondre à toutes les interrogations avant notre arrivée. L'appartement est super (nous étions 5) tout y est (équipement, confort) la terrasse est super agréable avec une vue sur verdure, cours de tennis et piscine. L'accès à Montpellier centre est simple et rapide (en bus). Il y a à quelques mètres supérette, boulangerie et pharmacie... Nous espérons y revenir très vite. Merci encore. La famille L/G/B

Juste parfait

Séjour très agréable dans cette propriété très belle. Nous avons profité du tennis et de la piscine. Située proche du centre et des commerces. Nous avons pu visiter les environs qui sont magnifiques. Même le temps a été parfait!

Grand appartement tout confort et très bien équipé, au calme dans une résidence sécurisée

L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux et confortable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Parking privé et fermé de la résidence au pieds de l'immeuble. La résidence est situé à 15 minutes en voiture du centre historique. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et à l'écoute. Ils nous ont donné des conseils précieux pour nous rendre à Montpellier centre historique.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Appartement,très agréable, very nice and comfort appartement,

Die Beschreibung des Appartements stimmen 100%, Die Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und es wurde alles getan, damit wir zufrieden sind. Endlich ein Bett, das groß genug war. Ich habe mich sicher und wohl gefühlt.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine super schöne Ferienwohnung, die sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Aber auch super gut ausgestattet ist, es gibt zb Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, viele tupperware Sachen. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, immer da wenn man sie braucht und geben viele Tipps. Super sympathisch!!!! Einkaufszentrum ist ganz nah, wo man alles bekommt, was man braucht. Zum Beispiel leckeres Baguette bei der Bäckerei :-) Der Pool ist nah gelegen und vom Balkon zu sehen. Man sollte nur beachten, dass Männer nicht in Shorts rein dürfen. Die Tennisplätze sind auch sehr gut, Tennisschläger und Bälle sind auch vorhanden, sogar ein kinderschläger. Es gab ein babybett, einen hochstuhl und sogar Spielsachen für die Kinder. Strände gibt es verschiedene die man anfahren kann. Nach Montpellier ist es gut mit dem Bus zu fahren, die Haltestelle ist direkt am Einkaufszentrum. Die Stadt ist wunderschön!!!! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser tollen Ferienwohnung!!!!

Formidable séjour !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l'appartement de M. et Mme Colin. Celui-ci est très bien équipé et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et d'une grande générosité. La Résidence est très calme et l'environnement arboré participe à la sérénité du cadre, qui est magnifique ! Excellent experience

My wife and I stayed here last month. Nathalie and Arnaud were fantastic in every possible way. The apartment is delightful. We were given very good guidance on how to navigate the area - buses, trains, grocery, gas etc. That was very helpful because we do not speak French. While we spent most of our time outside, it was nice coming back to such a homely apartment. Thanks to the Colin familiy for being such great hosts.

Superbe !

Très bel appartement dans une jolie résidence, très calme et sécurisée. A 15 minutes du centre de Montpellier et à 20 minutes des plages de Palavas et Carnon. Superbe région à voir et à revoir, mais en une semaine, c'est un peu court pour tout visiter !!! Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont donné de nombreux conseils, l'appartement est spacieux et très confortable (internet, télévision satellite, lave vaisselles et même lave linges). A recommander sans problème.

Schöne Wohnung - rel. nah am Stadtzentrum

Die Wohnung ist in einer normalen Wohnanlage. Die Bewohner sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist hübsch und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Das Internet ist schnell, es gibt sogar deutschsprachiges Fernsehen auf einem Fernseher mit Internetzugang. Die Kinder haben den Pool und den Tennisplatz geliebt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker etc. gehören auch zur Anlage und sind nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus und bot immer ausreichend Platz. Bei der Anreise mit dem Auto sollte man beachten, dass die Hausnummern nicht von der Straße aus zu erkennen sind. Man muss die Tor-Nummern wissen (hier ist es die 5). Die Innenstadt ist nur ca. 3km entfernt = ca. 35 min zu Fuß. Mit dem Bus braucht man etwas länger. Die Haltestelle ist nicht weit. Zum Meer braucht man ca. 15 min mit dem Auto. An den Wochenenden war es dort unglaublich voll. Es könnte sein, dass es auch einen Bus dorthin gibt. Wir haben nicht danach gefragt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, sprachen gut englisch und haben uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen und guten Tipps versorgt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Super !

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Nathalie et son mari qui nous ont fait découvrir le logement, la résidence et le quartier. Il y a vraiment tout ce dont on a besoin pour des vacances entre amis, en famille, avec ou sans enfants : - ameublement, - vaisselle - électroménager - électronique (box avec la chaîne sport si besoin) - literie - jeux/jouets pour petits et grands (raquettes !) - lecture et guides sur les alentours... Bref, l'accueil est irréprochable et le logement parfait, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Bon plan

Appartement : spacieux, lumineux, fonctionnel, meublé et décoré avec goût. Grand balcon avec vue sur le parc. Résidence : sécurisée avec places de parking, piscine, aquagym, courts de tennis, boulodrome. À proximité des commerces "vitaux", etc Propriétaires : sympathiques, prêts à vous renseigner, vous aider, etc. Le seul hic, mais on a loué en connaissance de cause, c'est la distance du centre ville de Montpellier à pied (une demi-heure). Sinon, c'est dix-quinze minutes en bus, pas loin des sorties pour le bord de mer, l'autoroute, etc. C'est quand même le bon plan vu le prix, l'emplacement et la résidence.
