State of the art construction and amenities, channeling the original aura of this mystical locale. The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. wood-beamed ceilings and 1700 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors.

The living room as well as both master bedrooms all open through charming french doors onto tranquil balconies, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The dual king master suites each contain en suite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and stall showers with floor to ceiling tile.
Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, HULU, and Smart TVs, ceiling fans, built-in washer/dryer, and three fireplaces. With all this comfort, you'll never want to leave your villa.

Guest Access
For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including dedicated lap pool, tranquil adult pool, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, plus splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, game room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.

For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, and two Pete Dye championship golf courses.

Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.

No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Beautiful villa!

The Villa was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated and well kept. It looked like a model home when we walked in. It was extremely hot in La Quinta when we arrived and we walked into the villa with the air conditioning on and smooth jazz music streaming through the television. We got a little lost after passing security, the owner picked up our call and was so nice to explain the location inside the complex. Will definitely be booking this villa again in the future.

Legacy villa stay

Perfect for extended family gathering!

Our extended family of 12 rented this lovely unit and C44 directly below. It worked out beautifully for us! Those who needed quiet time were able to do so with all the space both offer. The Mountain View's and seeing a few road runners were also a great plus! It couldn't have been more perfect for our needs! Michelle was outstanding to work with too! We will definitely be back !

Beautiful 3 days

This condo was perfect for our 3 friends gathering. Nothing better than when a place you rent site unseen .. is better than expected. We enjoyed sitting on the patio admiring the Mountain View~ the most.

Nice rental

We enjoyed the property and proximity to La Quinta Resort. It's an easily walkable distance and our three year old was even able to scoot as we walked. Fun! The pool was great and kid friendly too. I would have given it a 5 star review except that the property manager was unresponsive regarding our request to check in a bit early so we could nap our two toddlers. Overall it was a great vacation rental, well appointed and we would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Another Amazing Trip!

We go to the desert 2 or 3 times a year and always stay at Legacy Villas. It's a great time and the owners are always accommodating. Highly recommend this unit, it was fully stocked and easy to navigate around. Cleaning crew and property manager also on top of everything!

Great vacation spot...great customer service!

This was our second stay in the same unit on the property. we had a great time.. was just as enjoyable as last year. There were an issue with one thing regarding workers on the property but the management company was very quick to deal with it which we really appreciated. really looking forward to coming back next year!

Great family vacation!

What a great condo! It was clean and very well stocked except for a few minor things. Each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper and the kitchen only had one roll of paper towels. For a group of 7 for one week we had to go out and buy more. But that's a very minor thing. That's seriously our only complaint for the entire stay! It was a beautiful home and very close to multiple pools which we spent almost all of our time at. Even the pool and hammock areas were pristine! The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were beautiful, and the kitchen was great! It was so nice not to go out to eat for all of our meals. And the pacman game was so much fun! Well worth the small amount extra we paid for having it in the condo. The owners/managers of the unit were amazing to work with. Go to the mexican place at the resort next door...amazing nachos!! We are already planning another trip back to this area in September and are hoping this unit will be available!!

Best desert vacation spot yet!

Awesome place to stay. The villa was pleasantly spacious, very clean with nice upgrades. Great selection of stores nearby. We do an annual summer family vacation in the desert and this will now be our go to place to stay.

La Quinta Luxury

I went with 3 buddies for a guys golfing weekend. The gate guarded community was very quiet and nice with quite a few pools close by. We enjoyed the small BBQ/grill on the deck and all amenities the unit had to offer. The only thing to be aware of is the fairly steep stairway to lug all your gear up.

Beautiful home with great pool amenities

The home was as pictured. It was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. It is located within a gated community with 24-hour security. The grounds were well kept and the pools were nice. Dan and Ray were both very nice and their response to any needs was very good. If ever in this area again, I would be more than happy to stay here again.
