Summer Lovin Lovely Beachfront Home Heated Pool Elevator FREE Golf & Activities

Summer Lovin' is a gulf-front home located on West Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores. It features a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, spacious living areas, broad porches on both levels, an elevator and a small refreshing splash pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day.

Summer weeks are Sunday to Sunday so you avoid the Saturday arrival traffic jam!

Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day). **Not available for Jan/Feb longer-term rentals.

The main floor has the great room with a large HDTV over the fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with great beach views for the cooks, and a dining table with benches and chairs plus stools at the kitchen island to seat the entire family. You'll also find outdoor dining and seating on the porch. This floor has a king bedroom with a private bath, a bedroom with a pair of queens and a bath that also opens to the hall, and the laundry.

The top floor has a beachfront king master with a private porch, a bath with separate shower and tub, and a sitting room that has a twin daybed and trundle in case you need it for your kids or grandkids. You have two more king bedrooms, plus a bunk room that sleeps 4 and is sure to be the place the cousins want to stay.

Below the house you'll find the splash pool sheltered under the house and surrounded by vines and flowers. It is a wonderful break from the sun when it is really hot in summer, but in cooler months is sheltered from the wind--your own little oasis. You'll also find a hot and cold water shower and changing room under the house, a grill, sand chairs, and a dune walkover.

Sorry! NO COLLEGE GROUPS. We welcome teams, church groups, faculty-sponsored groups. Please note we are unable to rent to groups under the age of 25. Maximum of 14 adults. Hangout Festival weekend there is a $1000 refundable security deposit.

The bunk room and pool for the grand babies was a plus, when it rained. One of the TV's upstairs did not work, which we probably would not have noticed had it not rained. The property was clean, and the one issue with internet was corrected promptly. On the rain days there are indoor water parks, which the kids and adults enjoyed. Overall we were pleased with this home and have booked for next year.

Amazing house
The house was spacious, clean and great location! The outside deck with a bunch of seating to look at gorgeous view. The boardwalk out to the beach was wonderful to have other homes near by didn’t have it. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed to cook all week. There was so much storage for all the food we brought. Extra fridge under the house was wonderful to have along with all the beach chairs. There were 4 couples and we will stay here again.

Upper deck could use some better seating. Management responded quickly to what issues we had. 2nd refrigerator downstairs was really handy since we did have a issue with the main floor refrigerator ice maker not working. Elevator was a nice amenity especially loading and unloading items. Location was convenient to everything but being next to a public beach access I could see how it could cause crowded conditions in peak times. Home was clean but furnishings are starting to show some wear. Overall I would stay here again as the good outweigh what issues we had.

Celebration on the beach
10 of us and we never bumped into each other! Sleeps like a seven bedroom five bathroom fantastic beach house! Didn't know how to lock the upstairs door on the porch, so if you go and stay you lift up on the handle and then turn the knob Locker. The pool is the size of a Jacuzzi so don't expect to be doing laps, but it was fun for the little kids to get in! The beach is steps from your back door. The boardwalk is fantastic. We didn't have to use the elevator but it is there. Washer and dryer is quiet. Dishwasher actually washes the dishes. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. And the best part is our downstairs master had the best firm mattress out of our last seven vacations!

The open view to the ocean is beautiful. The balconies are spacious and plenty seating. Even though we didn't get to spend time on the balcony we enjoyed our morning and nightly devotions and playing games. Summer Lovin is located in a great area and if you want to cook it is very well stocked. We could not lock the back door so called them and someone came out very quickly but it turned out we just didn't know how to do it. You have to lift up the handle and turn the lock at the same time. Lol The elevator was a great plus. I recommend Summer Lovin and we will be back.

Three Generation Beach Getaway
We loved our stay and found the accommodations great for our family of 11, which included four couples, including one couple with a disabled young adult, one couple in their nineties and who needed the elevator, and two other adults who needed their own rooms. We liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom, the easy and private access to the beach, the large deck, the fireplace, and all the natural light in the common space. Might want to update a mattress or two in the bunk room, install grab bars in one of the bathrooms, and allow more time to get dishes cleaned and put away and towels washed. At the end of our visit it seemed that the fridge/freezer were not cooling adequately. Would love to make a return visit to this spot of paradise!

Perfect house for our group of 9. Enough seating in the living room, dining room and the Porch outside. Walk out to beach was perfect. We politely request that the living room furniture be replaced. One recliner was broken and you sink into both couches. They are past their life. Hopefully the owners will do that and we will go back next year. No need to hunt for another house. This one was perfect.
