This property is an oversized townhouse (duplex with only one shared wall) offering a generous light-filled open-plan living area and huge private courtyard perfect for your furry friends! The master bedroom has a queen bed plus north facing balcony. The second bedroom has a king bed plus an enclosed veranda with a single bed and trundle that can be made up on request (extra fees apply). There is a fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine (takes Lavazza pods), renovated bathroom and laundry upstairs plus a second toilet & outdoor shower in the courtyard. Parking accommodation includes a large carport and second off-street car park.

PETS
For guests who wish to bring their dog please include details of your pet (breed, age, weight, personality) in the initial booking for approval. Should your pet be approved, below are the conditions:
- dogs are to stay outside or downstairs and off the furniture
- are not to be left unattended
- droppings are picked up prior to your departure (bags provided)
- an extra $50 fee will be charged should there be excessive fur or extra cleaning required
CHILDREN
Please note the stairs have open treads and rails, baby gates have been installed for small children but parents still need to stay vigilant.
