Beautiful Home

This is a great property, modern, clean and absolutely beautiful views. Throw the fishing line out from the back lawn. Very short walk to shops, cafes, clubs and pub.

Perfect family holiday!

This house was was absolutely perfect! Location was amazing,the river right in the backyard and we walked everywhere! The house was gorgeous, and perfect for our large family. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will 100% be back ! Thankyou!!

Large House right on the River

Very well maintained property and the furniture and decor is modern and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. Heaps of glasses, coffee cups, plates and serving dishes. BBQ provided was clean and ready for use.Linen and towels provided are of a high standard and there was plently of them. Spare blankets and pillows in each bedroom. Plently of space for a large family gathering or even two families. Very comfortable property to stay in. Elders staff were very pleasent and check in was easy. We would love to come back and stay again.

Close to shops, RSL and Pub all within walking distance. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms upstairs master with ensuite and full bathroom (with bath) and another 2 bedrooms with bathroom and lounge room on first floor. The only criticism was there is no air conditioning so unsure how hot this house would be in the summertime. Highly Recommend this property for a stay in Evans Head.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Inside of house was a like a dump not cleaned beds not made stains on sheets,**** on floors and back of toilet as well the fridge hot plates oven and microwave bench tops and not cleaned floors as well the carpet not vacuum / mould bedrooms floors sticky table out on balcony burn marks as well as dirty BBQ to dirty to use as well the out side had mould and the windows we filled in the paperwork with all problems and placed it in box with keys we we phone cindyshe was on her way back from Ballina she called in and she called the cleaners.
