Sleeping up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms, this holiday home has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their Moetapu Bay holiday just the way they like.

Moetapu Bay is an excellent base to explore the Marlborough Sounds. Head out on the water for some dolphin spotting near the Perlous Sounds, tackle the stunning Queen Charlotte track or simply take in the magical views from the shore over a nice picnic.

Please be aware that the shared driveway at the side of the house is steep. All cars must be parked either in the garage or at the side of the garage, to avoid blocking the driveway.There are life-jackets available to use with the 2 twin kayaks and 2 stand up paddle boards but we do recommend that guests bring their own well-fitting life-jackets to ensure safety.As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
