This luminous retreat boasts a capacious kitchen, its grand windows framing awe-inspiring panoramas. Revel in the snug, inviting ambiance, especially cherished after a day on the slopes, as you bask by the electric fireplace in the living room.

The kitchen dazzles with stainless steel amenities, a cook's haven equipped with a stove top and a Keurig coffee marvel. It's an entertainer's paradise, replete with tableware and cutlery. The living room boasts a generous 50-inch flat screen, complete with Netflix and diverse streaming apps, all accessible via wireless Internet.

Amidst this splendid dwelling are two tranquil bedrooms. The first boasts a queen-sized haven and a 32" flat screen TV. The second beckons with another queen-sized oasis and abundant closet space. Convenience reigns with an in-suite washer and dryer.

This is the coveted Lower Floor, a 2-bed, 1-bath retreat. Long-term sojourns, up to 3 months, are warmly welcomed for the 2-bedroom suite.

The Foothills enclave, cradled in Vernon BC, owes its name to its magnificent geography, nestled at the base of Silver Star Mountain. Here, myriad homes embrace sweeping views of the trio of lakes—Swan Lake, Kalamalka Lake, and Okanagan Lake. As night descends, the cityscape paints a dazzling vista.

Parking gracefully accommodates in the driveway, but revelry is checked at the door—no parties, smoking, or undue noise past 11pm. The garage remains off-limits, exclusively for owners. Driveway sharing harmonizes, reserving room for 3 vehicles, or 2 for the lower suite. Serenity reigns during 11pm-7am, a nod to considerate neighbors. Parties and smoking are NOT permitted and fines will be given. Pets are welcome with approval of owner.
