Large Great Room-3 Master Suites-Hot Tub-Backs up to the Forest-Pet Friendly

WELCOME to our beautiful home in Sunriver. Located on Maury Mtn Lane, just around the corner from one of our other home.
** This home is now Pet Friendly **
This executive 5 bdrm, 4 ½ bath (3 master suites) home has room for everyone and then some. We back up to the forest so no neighbors behind us except for the deer and elk. The upper deck wraps around 3 sides of the home, plus there is a lower, partially covered deck along with our signature chair lift swing. There is a hot tub on the upper deck along with enough seating for everyone and a gas bbq.

The home features a reverse living floor plan with a great room concept. The main floor upstairs has the great room, along with the kitchen, powder room & master suite which has a king bed and supports a heated tile floor. There is also a 42” flat screen TV in the master. The kitchen has been totally remodeled with stainless appliances and granite counters. The great room has a wood stove for those chilly winter nights with all the firewood you need. There is also a large screen HD TV, Blu-Ray and a stereo. For those hot summer days we have central air conditioning.

On the lower level, there are the 4 other bedrooms which 2 of them are master suites. One with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. In bedroom 4 there is a set of twin bunk beds and in bedroom 5 there is a set of twin bunks along with 2 other twin beds. These two bedrooms (bdrm 4 and bdrm 5) share a bathroom with access off of both bedrooms. The 5th bedroom is the kids room which has a TV and DVD (Blu Ray). The laundry area is also on this level along with a full 2nd set of washer and dryer in the garage. There is a double garage which has a ping pong table and foosball table and a TV for the kids. There is also a horse shoe pit in the back yard. We have 8 bikes (6 adult cruiser bikes & two adult mtn bikes) and a tandem bike along with a Burley trailer, to explore the 35 miles of bike trails & the new paved trail to Benham Falls.

***We have 12 Unlimited SHARC Passes included in your stay. This saves hundreds of dollars with these unlimited use passes! These passes give you access to the SHARC aquatic pools, tubing hill, tennis courts and the Sunriver owners boat launch.

Beautiful Home

We are a group of senior women who have been staying at SunRiver for 39 years. This home was one of, if not the nicest home we have rented. It had everything we needed for our stay and in a nice area. We hope to rent this home again for our next visit next year.

Home was beautiful and very well stocked with everything you could need. Owners were a pleasure to work with. The outside deck was a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the view. There is plenty of space for a larger group to spread out. Enjoyed our stay!

Great Sunriver property for large family in a quiet location.

Lovely, spacious home with a reverse floorplan. Peaceful, quiet location in the NE corner of Sunriver. That being said it's quite far from the majority of the Sunriver "amenities", such as The Village, the Parks, the SHARC. My family all agreed that we would like to stay there again!

Great place for families

We had a wonderful week here the house is nice and close to all the things that Sunriver has to offer. Being backed up to the forest made it more secluded it was great for enjoying family time on the deck. Each of my adult children loved the place it was a memorable time and great place to vacation.

Three families - lots of fun

The house provided plenty of room for six adults and four grandsons and two granddaughters. We were disappointed with the poor performances of the bikes. Several of us had to opt out of group rides due to their bikes not working. I would recommend people to rent or bring their own bikes. If you enjoy playing pong pong bring your own paddles also. We couldn’t locate an umbrella for the outdoor dining table as was pictured. That would have been very useful.

Annual Family Vacation

We loved the home and the location! This is our annual multi-generational family vacation with 10 of us! Everything about the home was perfect for us; it is a very well designed home. The living room is large enough for all of us to gather. And, of course,there are the outside areas. One can relax on the wrap around deck and always find some shade. We set up hammocks and played our outdoor games below the deck. And, the view was great; it's nice to look out at trees (and deer) rather than other homes; if felt so private. And, the Mount Bachelor look was an additional bonus. The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped. A well-supplied kitchen is essential for our trips since we plan many special meals. The owners are readily available for any questions. I am so glad we found this lovely home and we will return.

Family Long Weekend

We’ve rented many VRBO homes. This one was the best equipped from the kitchen appliances and cookware, to the multiple bikes, the towels and bedding, and the fun indoor outdoor games. Nice BBQ. Great setting. We had 11 people and it was very comfortable. SHARC passes for everyone. We will be back.

A winter vacation as family

This vacation home helped us get together as family and enjoy yhe snow. The location allowed us to get away without toobmuch travel time, yet experience snow which is not available west of the cascades. The home was roomy, well equipted and beautiful. Perfect for all of us toe relax and play together.

Weekend at Sunriver

This is our second stay at this home and it is becoming a family favorite. The is beautiful, well appointed and large enough for everyone to feel at home and comfortable. Sunriver village and resort are a short drive away.

Super cute

Super cute with nice relaxing view, PLENTY of beds for sleeping. Kitchen was surprisingly stocked very well with pots/pans and everything needed. Only down side was I could not figure out how to work the upstairs master bedroom tv even with The instructions. A total of six of us attempted to make the TV work but in the end nothing came of it. The hot tub and sauna were so nice and refreshing to use especially in the morning! I would definitely stay there again

We come to Sunriver almost every year for a tennis tourney and girls weekend. This was one of our favorite houses for a party of 6 ladies. Layout and common spaces were great for hanging out and great private spaces.

4 Couple spent 4 nights in the house. It was very warm (>100 degrees) and the air conditioner worked great. The house has a nice deck and easy access to bike paths. Overall a nice, well outfitted house.

Great gathering space

We gathered here for a family reunion this summer. One thing we loved about the property were all the places to gather and talk. There was plenty of seating and space on the decks, making it easy to eat and chat, as well as a spacious living room and kitchen area. The house was clean, comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The host responded quickly to my questions and provided lots of useful information about the area. My only one concern was the bunk beds felt a little wobbly to my teenage nephews who slept in them, but otherwise an excellent stay. We would definite;ly come again!

Great Sunriver Location

This location was great for enjoying all that Sunriver has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet and has easy access to all activities. Homeowner was very responsive to a minor concern which was quickly corrected. The ping pong table was a huge plus and used daily. The SHARC passes was a great plus as well. Listing shows a TV at the hot tub which was not there. The kitchen lay out was a bit cramped if more than one person at a time. Overall a nice rental for a week's vacation.

My wife and I both love Sunriver so much, we not only own 4 properties here, and we live here part time. We take great pride in each of our homes and condos and this how we treat them. We are continually updating and improving each property, as our repeat guests will tell you.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home in 2011 and moved here full time until late in 2016. We still spend a week or two a month in Sunriver overseeing our 5 homes. This home is large enough for several families. 5 bedrooms and there is still room for more. We back up to the Deschutes National Forest, so there is no one behind us except for the deer and elk.

What makes this property unique

This executive home has just about everything, hot tub, sauna, central AC, heated tile floors in the master bedroom, wood stove in the great room, a gas fireplace in the master bedroom and it backs up to the forest. Watch the deer and elk graze by and listen to the coyotes at night.
