Fabulous place

The house is stunning, well decorated and appointed with almost everything you can think of in the kitchen. It is an easy 15mn walk to the historic center and a variety of good restaurants. Would happily go back

We had a wonderful time in this home!

We had 5 adults and 1 small dog. We have relatives that live in Santa Fe, so this was our meeting, eating and playing games home for the week, between our sightseeing. Everything was perfect. The fireplaces worked properly giving off good heat, The hot water was quick and sufficient. The appliance's all worked for cooking a large meal. The home was stocked with plenty of paper goods as in Kleenex, paper towels, and TP. The home provided shampoos, soap etc. This home has a great location for walking downtown, as well as getting on the road quickly to your other locations.This was a great experience and I hope to return again.Thank you !

Great place in a great location

The house and covered, gated parking setup were excellent. I loved that coffee was provided and enjoyed the espresso machine. The fireplaces were another great feature that we really enjoyed. The front patio and fully-enclosed back patio areas were very-nice and would be enjoyable to spend time on, in warmer weather. The house was very quiet and private, even being in a dense neighborhood near busy streets. The location was very-close and walkable to many things, assuming you have decent mobility. However, my wife recently broke her foot (after we booked) and was on a knee scooter, which was impossible to navigate on the very-poor and non-ADA sidewalks throughout all the parts of Santa Fe that we explored. Luckily, we were able to drive and park nearby many things. City-wide accessibility isn't usually a consideration for us, but it would certainly be notable when recommending the area for my elderly parents, who I think would love Santa Fe and should make the trip, as well.

Loved everything about this place except for the space heater in the one bedroom being broken. It dropped into the high 40s at night in there making it hard to stay warm.

Wonderful home

This is the second Summer I have stayed in this home and plan to stay there whenever I go to Santa Fe. The home is beautifully decorated, and spacious. It is in a great location, close to the Plaza and the walking path along the river and is very quiet. Michael, host contact, is friendly and very responsive.

Beautiful home in great location

Lovely authentic Santa Fe home, great location

This was a beautiful house in a fantastic location, on a quiet street a short walk to the plaza and a shopping center. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 (including 2 older teenagers). The beds are comfortable and all the linens were nice. We don't drink much coffee but there were a lot of supplies for it if you do! The kitchen is well-stocked--we cooked several meals there and had everything we needed. There is a charming courtyard in the front and another nice sitting area behind the house. I loved the beautiful artwork around the house, not to mention the grand piano, and there were also puzzles and games. It's a classy house that is also very comfortable.

Everything you need close to the Santa Fe plaza

Three adults, one 2.5 year old and two dogs loved staying at this property. It was immaculately clean and well appointed. Easy access to what we needed in Santa Fe and it felt secure. The central air and piano were big bonuses!

lovely and comfortable

Very lovely home, tastefully and artfully decorated. I appreciated the quality of the art, furnishings and linens. Clean and well stocked with every detail considered. Great coffee making options- french press and drip and more- (no kerig in sight) Easy access to home, code worked perfectly. Walking distance to plaza. Large covered driveway was appreciated as we had some rainy days. Easy in and out with luggage. Comfortable beds and comfortable seating in common areas. Two big patio areas with great seating and tables, and pretty plants. This house is just all around one of the best I've visited. And the piano was a nice bonus - my son enjoyed playing some of his favorites. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Santa Fe!!

Great house, amazing location!

Perfect place in perfect location!

Amazing home with everything you could ask for! Well supplied with just about anything you would want. Our contact was so kind and responded quickly with whatever we asked!! This location is perfect and within walking distance of the Plaza and many fine restaurants and attractions. Made our visit to Santa Fe a fantastic four days!

Lovely and comfortable

This home has everything. Very easy to access. Code worked perfectly. Good location. Very tastefully and artfully decorated, and also comfortable beds and seating. Lovely patios with nice outdoor seating. Nice to have several coffee making options, including French press. Nicely stocked kitchen and every detail was considered throughout. We appreciated the covered and ample parking, esp since we had some rainy days. Well maintained and clean. Highly recommend. Oh- and the beautiful piano was a nice bonus and I got to enjoy my son’s playing his favorites. Thank you for the enjoyable stay at your beautiful home.

Santa Fe for women!

Lovely location, easy to walk to the main square area of town. Quiet at night. Generous on site parking. Public rooms were larger than they appear in the photographs. Two of the 3 bedrooms were small but we socialized in the kitchen and living room area. Good for 3 older women gathering for a reunion. Bathroom photos were not clear but there was a shower tub combo in one bathroom and a shower only in the second bathroom. Notes on the amenities available on the VRBO listing can be expanded which would then decrease calls to property manager. Building architecture was lovely, and outdoor space was nice to have. Thank you, Santa Fe!

Perfect home for a ski getaway

This place was a great spot for our family ski vacation to Santa Fe. We have been in the past and stayed closer to town and the art galleries, and while that interested my husband and I, the kids just wanted to ski. This time we picked a location that was 30 minutes door to Ski Santa Fe. Also, the house is very well stocked and taken care of. The kitchen had everything you could want for cooking (something lacking from our last Santa Fe stay) and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We would definitely do it again!
