This place was very quite and peaceful. Loved walking the private beach. The property was beautiful. Tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. The condo itself was clean, decorated nicely, and accommodating.

Close to St Pete with a view
Clean, comfortable condo just a few min from St Pete beach. Great view of the beach and bridge with a nice balcony. Pool was close as well.

Great Family Stay!
Overall we had a great stay! The location was very convenient to area beaches, the condo was very clean upon arrival and the view couldn’t be beat! Only note would be for the unit to include starter paper products. There was no TP or paper towel, so make sure you bring your own. We would recommend to others and had a very nice time!

Great Spot To Relax
Although there are lots of things to do in this area, WHY LEAVE? This property offers great water and sunset views, beach, pool, hot tub, walking/riding paths and no crowds while enjoying all of this. The electric grill made cooking in enjoyable. As Arnold says "we'll be back". John, Rita & Will

Great Stay!
This was our second stay at this wonderful property. A very clean unit that has spectacular water views. Easy check-in. Nice community pool and beach area. Close to everything in St Pete Beach. The owners a fabulous to deal with. We'll be back!

This condo is excellent - spacious inside with amazing water views. Easy access to pool and hot tub with short walk/drive beaches. We have stayed multiple times in this unit keep coming back. Great communication with owners and easy check-in and check-out.

Paradise
An amazing stay with our family of 6. Condo was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The view was AMAZING! Spent every morning having our coffee on the balcony and the kids spent every morning having breakfast there watching the fishermen and the boats go by as they kept looking for dolphins. The location was perfect! Close to St. Petes Beach and all the stores we needed. Nicole and her husband were easy to get ahold of when needed and very friendly. Can't wait to go back and stay at this beautiful place.

Great impulse trip
We arrived and getting into the condo was easy. We were wowed by the view immediately. The condo was very clean upon arriving as well. The washer dryer was a huge plus we utilized. My 12 year old loved having his own room and bathroom he didn’t have to share. I was hesitate about being away from home and my tempurpedic. But there are non spring mattresses in both rooms and frankly I didn’t notice a huge miss from my tempurpedic and they were perfectly comfortable. We went to the private beach multiple times and the “big” beach multiple times. The beach chairs in the condo were a huge help. Pool was under construction for most of our visit but we didn’t mind. It was too hot anyway. Sea was more refreshing. The condo had a lot of those extras, garbage bags, soaps at sinks, spices, pods For washer and dishwasher. She thought of everything. We wish we could have stayed but we had to come back home. We hope to be back in the future. For an impulse vacation planned 2 weeks before we left…..100% worth it.

Wonderful 3rd Floor Condo
This third floor condo is just as beautiful as in the photos but the view can only be appreciated fully in person. The condo had everything we needed (laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, beach towels, etc.), the beds were comfortable and towels were soft. The view of the beach and bridge from the balcony were so incredibly peaceful both day and night. The big tub was very helpful with our little ones, as was the bunk bed. We did find the bunk bed to be quite wobbly even though our 35lb child didn't come anywhere near the 150 weight limit. The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything. The pool was beautiful, the beach was beautiful and we found TONS of live sea stars and sea urchin which was fun (we put them all back, of course)! Walking around the complex at night was so relaxing and for such a huge development, the place was always so quiet both day and night. Nicole was always very responsive about any questions we had for her. We would 100% book this condo again.

Location was superb--everything that I'd wanted. Lots of boat traffic and dolphins were seen from my balcony. Pool and pool area were very well kept up and large enough for the population. Parking and general access was easy, too.

Family vacation/wedding
This was one of our best family vacations we have ever had. The location couldn’t be better in my opinion. It is a very short drive to the beach and very walkable as well. We seen dolphins everyday, seen a manatee swim right in front of us, and caught many small fish under the bridge. The condo had everything we needed and then some. The absolute number one thing about this place is the view, it’s absolutely stunning.

Second Stay
We love staying on Isla Del Sol and found that this condo has a variety of things we like to do. There's fishing under the bridge, wading in the gulf on the beach and the pool is nearby. The condo is nicely furnished and the owner is very responsive.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. We felt so cozy and at home!! This was mine and my fiancés first time in St Petersburgs. Beautiful place!! Nicole was amazing at getting back with me with questions I had. Lovely person!! We hope to return back this year if not definitely will be booking again next year!!

Perfect!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed spending March and April in St Pete. The condo was perfect for us and accommodating our visitors perfectly. The balcony was a nightly event watching the beautiful sunsets. Nicole/Lee were very responsive when we had a question about the TV start-up and Keyless Entry. Our only disappointment is that we were not quick enough to book for next year! VRBO booked without asking the current renter. We would recommend this property!
