CONDO
The inviting, open floor plan is a wonderful space to share time with your friends and/or family. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to dine in or just enjoy a light breakfast before heading out to explore all that Pagosa has to offer. Watch the fireplace glow as you rest those weary ski legs in front of the warmth on a snowy winter night (great room and master bedroom!). This condo features an upstairs TV, and a downstairs TV with exceptionally high quality sound bars.
The cozy bedrooms provide a warm and quiet place to get a great night's rest, so welcome after a long day of adventures. Two of the three bedrooms are located downstairs, and the master bedroom is on the upper level with a great room and kitchen. The master suite has a large, walk-in luxury shower with a jacuzzi bath tub, as well as a huge walk-in closet. An extra half bath is located on the main floor next to the great room as well.
The upstairs balconies enhance the living experience, one located off of the great room/dining area to the west, and the other located off of the master bedroom to the east with breathtaking San Juan Mountain and San Juan River Views!

***Most mountain residences do not have air conditioning. However, this home has one small A/C. Fans are also provided for your comfort.

Wonderful stay!

Great location, lots of space for our 2 families to meet up for our annual ski trip. One person in the group doesn’t ski, so they were happy to walk to everything. Great communication from the rental company as well. Can’t wait to come back !

Christmas In Pagosa 2023

This property is A+ from check in to check out. The property manager Jedd was very attentive with any information needed and beyound. We requested a Christmas tree for the holiday and Jedd delivered. Condo is close to town perfectly decorated and comfortably cozy, kids really loved the Mule Deer walking around the property. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Pagosa!

Incredible condo, great location

We stayed here with family while skiing at Wolf Creek, and had a great experience. Communication with the property manager was outstanding throughout the stay, and the whole process was seamless. The master bedroom suite was really nice, and my kids (ages 7 and 2) loved the bunk beds downstairs. You can’t beat the location of this condo; it’s near all the great spots in Pagosa Springs and right on the river, but it is also in a quiet neighborhood. And, let me tell you about the heated floors! I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Cozy but spacious

Very impressive. Much bigger than what pictures make it seem. Radiant floor heating and fireplace was awesome. Great location; just a 10 min walk to town. Will rent here again!

Beautiful, Clean and efficient Condo

We loved our stay at stairway to Haven. The location is where we like to stay, close to downtown. The condo was clean, has plenty of anything we needed. The beds were comfy and the view spectacular. Management was very attentive and checked in with us often as well as responded to any questions quickly. We will def be staying again, as we come here every year! Thank you for a blessed, comfy family vacation with our young adults daughters. Love your condo!

Five star condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. There is plenty of room to relax, plenty of dishes and towels and it has some great views. We actually watched the eclipse from the main bedroon deck. All in all, a great spot. I would definitely stay again if we go back to Pagosa Springs

Everything at the town home was first rate. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Pegosa Springs. Perfect distance from town. Super quiet and yet very walkable.

Beautiful Mountain Condo!

This unit is stunning. Much better than even the photos could convey. Immaculately clean, comfortable,great downtown location. We walked everywhere. The host is so attentive and answered every question immediately. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Surprise 😲

The location is in a great spot for the views but not for a weekend getaway to relaxes. The noise during the day was great but at night time its loud from the neighbors. The place had spider webs everywhere and it looks like the place hadn't been keep up like it should be. We had a leak from the master bedroom shower and no one never came to fix the problem. I brought my own fan because they don't have a ac unit for the place just one small window one for the whole place. The sheets and towels didn't look really clean but I bring my own anyway for these reasons.

Family Vacay in Pagosa

Great Location and Terrific Communication

Beautifully appointed home situated within walking distance of downtown, hot springs spa, the San Juan River and Yamaguchi Park. It felt like living in a model home, everything was clean and new-looking. We had windows open at night and fell asleep to the sounds of the river. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking meals. The Keurig coffee machine was convenient. The Roku TV in the living room was great for multiple streaming services or gaming if you have a Switch. A window a/c unit in the living area worked great on a couple of days when it was warm. In the backyard, there was a community built-in grill and seating area. Husband caught trout a few times in the river, again walking distance from home. The property managers texted me a few times to check on us and were very quick to respond to my questions. We'd be very happy to come back and stay here again!

Not good directions to even get to the unit... then the code would not work...Had to call... talked to a guy... still couldn't open door...Talked to, to 2 people... still couldn't get in...Either one new to tell us to lift the handle up. How often do you have to lift the handle up. Then I did not read the add careful enough and there were not tvs in the bedrooms. I should not have assumed and then only satellite tv and no directions on how to use it. If they are changing over to it the owner should have a couple accounts that people can use, cuz we did not. We asked to be moved. The gal on the phone was nice, and said she would give some of our money back, but I have not sent an email stating how much. It was suppose to be done right away. I called vrbo directly and the gal there found us another place and it all worked out great and we had a great time.

Perfect place

2nd time visiting Pagosa We loved this home. Perfectly set up for a large family. We all spread out and had our own space. Beautifully decorated and the sound of the river while falling asleep. The kid room was great. Will book this home again.

Very lovely place, close to downtown Pagosa Springs, and very comfortable

Place was very well appointed, with great amenities, particuarly the jacuzzi tub, and the small attached upstairs decks which made for a lovely place to sit and read in the afternoon. Kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. Proximity to the river walk was great as well.

Comfortable condo in great location

This is a very nicely decorated/furnished and comfortable condo. Really liked the location close to the center of town and right on the river. The 3 bedrooms worked well for my family of 5. The itrip management was very friendly, helpful and prompt with responses. Would definitely stay here again.

Saved Thanksgiving

We were packed in too tight at the Springs Hotel with a family of 6 and was able to book this property last minute. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in same day. Place is really nice, management company was super responsive, we enjoyed our time there. One tiny suggestion, a TV in the master :)

Great location

I'll start with the positives: the home is beautiful and located close to everything you could possibly need or want to do. Management company was very responsive. The negatives: the bed was super uncomfortable and pillows needed to be piled 3 high for neck and head support. I booked this property and looked forward to it because of it's warm homey feel depicted in the photos, but it didn't feel that way from day 1. I found the numerous emails the day prior and upon arrival listing all the rules and chores off-putting, it felt uncomfortable before we even entered the house. Then upon arrival there are signs posted on doors regarding more rules. You couldn't enjoy wanting to use the balcony without being faced with these going in or out. The book placed in the unit noting all of these would have been sufficient on it's own. I also don't understand the need to have guests strip beds, take out trash etc. when there is a significant cleaning fee that is already being charged. Lastly, we did request a late check-out due to the airlines changing our return flight and were allowed to do so for a $100 fee. We agreed to it, but just left a bad taste in our mouths as the unit wasn't booked at all for the next several weeks. It didn't feel like we were valued as guests and that adding any additional fee's possible was the goal. Overall, we would consider staying here again due to it's great location.

Great for Summer Family Vacation

The property was great for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The kids enjoyed the downstairs sleeping quarters - very quiet. The master bedroom was very roomy with a very comfortable bed and we enjoyed watching the family of deer from the bedroom balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Manager was communicative and responsive. Would recommend this listing.
