## **The space**



Our home is 1500 square foot of comfort with a beach art flair. The pool is

maintained weekly and has a nice grass yard where children and pets can play.

Relax under the patio shade while everyone swims, or cook out on a Weber

grill. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove

and new microwave. It is stocked with all the cooking and dinner essentials

including a coffee maker and toaster oven.
