This stunning one-bedroom apartment in a small complex only 50m from The Cairns Esplanade and a short walk from the Cairns Hospital is one not to be missed.

The unit with beautiful high ceilings, original timbers and amazing breezes from the ocean contains everything you need to eat in, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate.

Suitable for holidaymakers, small families as well as temporary business residents.

THE SPACE
Situated on the first floor, accessible by stairs, opens a partial Esplanade and partial ocean view. Tropical artwork and fabrics plus sea creatures complete the transformation of this well-located property.

The lounge area offers a pull out double-size sofa perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with local channels and complimentary Netflix, or can add another two sleeps. Free WiFi is provided for your entertainment during your stay.

The carpeted bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, wall-mounted fan, a partial ocean view, and a porta cot and high chair for your little one.

The unit comes with a bathroom and shower and high-quality towels (bath as well as pool towels) and bed linen.

There is also a free washing machine in the backyard shed for all six units to use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and all basic kitchenware.

No private parking at the property but plenty of free unlimited parking spots can be found on the street right in front of the building.

We have 4 adjoined fully renovated units in this complex that would be suitable for group bookings.

As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

Nice apartment sublet with 6 others in an Queenslander.Place was clean with a nice bed and ample supplies in the kitchen. Slight noise from the street at night but close to the esplanade and city. Only let down was the shower which was difficult to regulate between hot/cold.

No issues, all good. Just a second key would be good in keybox so my mum could leave without waking her partner. If she took the key, partner would be locked inside and could not get out if there was a fire in the building. Apart from that, it was great

The property that we arranged to stay at was not advertised properly. It stated that there were more than one bedroom. We contacted the host who was able to find an apartment more suited to our needs. Which we were grateful for. Our stay was very pleasent.

Loved our stay!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable. Our host was very accommodating and quick to answer and questions we had. The unit is nicely decorated with some charming original features. The kitchen is pretty well supplied and we liked the mini convenience store where you could purchase treats and some basic supplies straight off of a shelf in the kitchen.

Fully furnished stay
The unit was located at Level 1, fully furnished, with all utensils and cookware. The air-conditioner is placed in living room. The unit has water bottle, chips, biscuits, sunscreen, toiletries available to buy like a mini convenience store at affordable price. The unit was very clean, and good location. The only downside is that as the unit is located at level1, we have to carry the luggages to the top using stairs.

Good place to stay
It was a good place to stay and a nice size apartment. However it could have been better prepared for a 2 week stay. Cleanliness was minimal and items supplied like milk pods for the coffee machine were long out of date. An audit needs to be done on items left by other tenents as well. Closer attention to detail would be good. However we would stay there again.

Cosy Queenslander.
A partitioned Queenslander into lovely units. Well appointed and newly renovated. We enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach but a little way to shops and restaurants.
