AC issue
Large noisy intrusive AC unit on the kitchen floor venting via hose through the window was very unfortunate. No central AC?

Clean but minimalist unit. Great location.
This is a great location as you can walk down to the river or jump on a bike path. I’m sure there are nicer units in this complex. This one was very clean, contemporary simple finishes, but small spaces and minimalist. We found it not really comfortable to hang out in living room (and we were only 2 people). (Small point but the cheap tipsy bedside lamps were kind of ridiculous for the rates paid, and an inexpensive collapsible luggage rack or 2 would go a long way in this unit, as there is really no place to put your bags.) Small deck with a couple of relaxing chairs, but it does face toward the road traffic which may be an issue for some. Complex has nice lawns which were pleasant for hanging out. Rating is a statement on price/value - comments above vs the price we paid. We didn’t use the pool so that may add enough value for others.

We enjoyed the location as it was very close to everything in bend and of course the community pool.
We went to Bend for a roller hockey tournament and I was so happy to find the Pavillion is only 4 minutes away. Everything like restaurants and movies and walking trails are so close and we loved that. The unit was close to the pool and the rec center and my kids loved that. Only scary thing was the stairs on the unit my kids joked that they were going to break any moment. The 1st night we made pizza and then found there was no pizza cutter. About different ways to make coffee but mo pizza cutter. Other than that we loved our stay.

The location has a nice view of woods but is facing highway so a bit noisy if sitting outside. The inside not quite as nice as the photos online but clean and updated.

my wife and i enjoyed this condo as our home away from home while visiting bend...we will be back. my only critique would be to provide a fitted sheet for the bed..the flat sheet kept coming untucked during the night.

Nice condo for access to skiing and outdoor activities
This is a nice little condo with great access to the river, hiking, and skiing. It's also close to the downtown area with some nice little restaurants and shops. I highly recommend it.

Easy Access
The condo was very quaint with easy access to all winter activities. It was close to the ski shuttle, grocery stores, shopping, dining, a playground for the kids. It was fun for the kids to see all the wildlife just steps away from the door. It could have been cleaned a little better prior to our arrival was the only drawback.

Nicely appointed condo without air conditioning
This condo was great for our family of four but we did miss ac. Bend summer temps up to 107 degrees during our stay which might have been unusual. Condo is near nice pool and was in a great location. Kitchen well organized. Enjoyed using tubes down the river.

The condo was quiet, clean and great for our winter stay!
The pool is nice (in summer!) and the property overall centrally located - Market of Choice and Newport Market are the best places to shop for quality food. Close to Mt Bachelor for skiing in winter and hiking etc in summer. The Mt Bachelor condos are in general not very spacious, but the one bedroom with the upstairs loft worked out well for the three of us! Geri's kitchen, small but workable, included a generous amount of pots, pans, glasses and dishes plus various condiments including coffee etc (not just salt and pepper :). The bedding and beds were comfortable, and we are picky! A great winter stay for us!

Great location, well equipped, friendly and helpful owner.
This condo is located in a superb spot on Bend's west side. It's a quiet location with very convenient access to everything that makes Bend such a desirable place to be. Shopping, walking, Mt biking and skiing are all accessed easily from this resort. My 2 year old grandson was in heaven with the modern play structure right accesses the parking lot from the unit. The only suggestion I would make would be to add a dresser in the upstairs bedroom. Thanks for the great stay! Pete

Easy location; moderate noise; ideal for 2-3 people
If you want to be 5-10 minutes from all of the downtown Bend activities and take a quick jaunt to the mountains, this location is perfect for you. The owner has appointed the condo with everything you need for the rate being charged. She was very responsive and pleasant too. This condo will NOT be ideal for you if: 1. You like to cook your own meals (the kitchen area is tiny and doesn't have any carving/chopping knives). 2. You want a quiet country setting: The condo is 100 yards from the Athletic Club of Bend. During summer season, you will hear the outdoor concert noise. In addition, it's an end unit near Century Drive--a VERY busy road. We could not keep the windows open at night to enjoy the cooler air. 3. You have 2 couples staying there. The space is quite small and little room for any personal privacy. 2 singles or 2 parents with a child can work well. One improvement I'd suggest: Publish a map with directions to the condo and send to your guests in advance. We arrived very late, and Mt. Bachelor Village is poorly lit. We had trouble finding the condo. The upstairs loft is ideal for a child. You can hear all of the kitchen/living room noise while staying up there; it lacks any door at the top of stairs. The shower is tiny--ideal for a small person. For the price point, it's a nicely furnished and updated condo.

Great condo and great experience!
My family of 4 stayed at this condo for 3 nights. The experience more than met our expectations. The condo was clean and equipped with bedding and towels. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, a toaster, even a roll of paper towels. The condo itself is situated about 60 feet from the pool and playground area, making for easy access. If you're looking for a place to stay in Bend, this is a great option.

Perfect Getaway in Bend!
This was our first visit to Bend, and the condo was everything that we expected....and more. The location is perfect for exploring all that Bend has to offer, and being able to access the river trail from the condo was great for our daily walks! The home was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen is beautifully equipped, and the furnishings were new and comfortable. This is an end unit, so it was very quiet and private. Geri was so nice to work with, and promptly answered any questions we had. We look forward to staying here again!

Great place to stay in Bend!
We stayed for three nights while house-hunting in Bend. This condo was perfect for our short stay. It's a very quiet end unit that's well appointed and very comfortable. The location in Mt. Bachelor village is perfect for exploring Bend and the surrounding recreational areas. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Stay
We had such a great time on our weekend getaway to Bend! The condo is just as described: clean, airy, bright, yet also cozy and warm. We had the best night sleep on super comfy beds. We BBQed on the patio, watching deer graze down below! Kitchen has everything you need. Full sized fridge, so you can stay for longer than a weekend. We wished we could! Definitely would stay there again.
