About this property

A modern & spacious 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom (main with en-suite) family house that comfortably sleeps 6. Includes large open plan kitchen, living & dining and second separate living with wood fire stove.

Set on a large block, with a wrap around deck, enjoy breakfast sunshine on the front deck and evening sunset drinks and dining at the rear. Surrounded by a bush cul-de-sac, enjoy the sounds of native birds & the distant sound of rolling waves.

The house sleeps up to 6 people with QB in Master BR, 2 sets of bunks in the second BR (1x SB & 1x KSB set) and 2x SB's in the third. Please note - BYO linen & towels or can be arranged in advance.

Relax in the open-plan living area on a comfortable 6-seat couch overlooking a rear deck and garden. There is a 55" Flat screen TV, an XBox 360 (with games) and wireless portable speaker to entertain.

There is a centrally located laundry and separate bathroom (WC, bath & shower) as well as an en-suite (shower & WC) off the master bedroom.

Parking is a breeze, with a long driveway leading to a carport, with plenty of room to accommodate multiple cars and/or boat.

Ideally located, close to the 16th (back) beach & store, it's a 15 min walk to the ocean & rock pools, a 5 min drive to the Tyrone foreshore (bay), or a short drive (10-15 mins) to the Peninsula Hot Springs & St Andrew's Beach Brewery & Restaurant .

There are plenty of family friendly beaches for the kids, wonderful surf beaches, golf courses, cafes and restaurants within minutes drive !

Situated on the Blairgowrie border, it is a short trip to the Village shops with all that you need including a supermarket, deli, bottle shop, chemist, newsagent and cafes.
Sorrento is then only a few kms further, where you can enjoy more cafes, restaurants, a cinema, hardware and retail shopping.

Pleasant and clean with plenty of amenities

We rented this property for a few nights over a long weekend. The house was a great size, very clean, and came with everything you could want in a house including bbq, deck furniture, a large tv, two living areas and well stocked kitchen. It is on the back side of Rye, but everything is accessible by a 5-10 minute car trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitations staying again.

This was a very comfortable and spacious holiday house nestled in a quiet street. Two living spaces as well as a great deck and good size bedrooms, it was perfect for our family. We will definitely be back.

Large house in quiet area, close to beaches.

The house is well located with back beaches accessible by a short walk. They’re are 2 living areas offering a kids zone and adult zone if wanted. The house is nicely furnished and thoughtfully equipped, so other than food, drinks and linen, we didn’t need to bring much with us to have a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this house.

BYO linen was not a great experience. Some paper towels to make up for the lack of hand towels would have been nice too. Also floor mats. House was very nice and clean and the manager was responsive.
