The house was very nice, location was a quiet neighborhood. We had three buck deer in the backyard when we arrived. It was so fun to watch them from the deck. The house is well equipped with all necessities. We would book again in the future.
This property was in a perfect location and was well equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. I 100% recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again.
The house was spacious and had everything we could think of needing in the kitchen. Our 10 year old and 4year old loved the game room with games and toys. Porch was wonderful to have coffee watch the bunnies and see the mountains. Lovely stay!
We brought our out of state family here. The house had everything we needed. We cooked all of our meals here. The beds are comfortable. The game room, especially the pool table was were we spent the most time when we weren’t on the trails. The back deck has an amazing view of the mountains and we were visited by two Elk! Great house, we would stay again!

Very comfy house
We really enjoyed the house, it's location and amenities. The teenagers LOVED the game room and we all spent a lot of time playing pool. The open kitchen/living area was warm and inviting. The only negative part was the flies in the upstairs bathtub and toilet, which told us that the house wasn't checked before we arrived. However, we all used the huge shower by the game room instead and really liked it, so it worked out well. Would love to stay here again!
The property is nice but definitely an older home. The multiple sets of stairs would not be user friendly for older adults and there is no bathroom or bedroom on the main level. There was definitely some kind of “critter” living inside the living room wall that we could hear scratching around when we played quiet games in the living room after the kids went to bed in the evening. That might be common because of the area perhaps? Otherwise, the house was comfortable and very convenient to all of our activities.
Overall this is a nice place to stay.
Positives:
Clean and close to town. Pretty well stocked with supplies for cooking. The game room was fun for the family. The house is very roomy with lots of space to spread out. The deck is very nice and the propane grill came in handy for meals.
Negatives:
I realize that this is subjective from person to person but we did not find the beds or furniture comfortable at all. The mattresses were hard and seemed old. The furniture in the main living room were the type that seemed like they should recline, but did not causing them to feel uncomfortable to sit in.
Also, there was very little toilet paper supplied. We spent a week here and all three bathrooms basically had a roll per. We had to go out and buy more as no more was supplied. It's a seemingly small thing but when you are paying $$$ for a week, these small things should be covered IMO.
Overall though we enjoyed our stay. It is close and convenient to downtown Estes and both main entrances to RMNP.
Great place to come home to after a day in the national park. The kids appreciate the toys/game room. The 3 bathrooms was also a huge plus to help get us out of the house in the morning.
This was our family’s first trip to the Rockies and once you get through the gorgeous mountains this retreat was icing on the cake. The home was beautiful and cozy. The views were stunning and Estes Park was lovely.
The house is fully equipped! We had everything we needed and then some for cooking and daily needs. We got great use out of the board games and toys. The scrapbook provided by the owners with information on the area, restaurant recommendations, and tips were very helpful.
Overall it was a wonderful and memorable trip and we would absolutely stay here again.
We completely enjoyed our stay. This house was very roomy as pictured. We had 3 adults, 2 11yo, and a 1.5 yo and still didn’t utilized the entire house. It was well equipped and very clean. The location is short ride to RMNP and very close to the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. Elk everywhere. Would absolutely stay here again.
My family was in town for my sister's wedding and this place was perfect! It was clean and much larger than the photos led me to believe. We saw a deer and elk walking through the neighborhood right out the front window of the house. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house, loved the atmosphere, everything was as east as can be.
Beautiful house, loved the atmosphere, everything was as east as can be. Best experience we’ve had so far.
The property was exactly as advertised, wonderfully equipped and professionally managed. All the essentials were provided and then some. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for large accommodations in Estes Park. Seven beds, three bathrooms, three additional very comfortable couches, plus game room with pool table. Could not have asked for better accommodations for our week's stay.
Great place! Great area
So close to everything! Great neighbors ! The only downside was they don’t have espn channels. But everything else was fantastic! We will stay here again!
Great house for a family. Kitchen very well equipped. Kids loved the game room. 3 baths a plus. Large gas grill on deck was useful. Fenced yard a plus for kids. Very short drive to Visitors center parking garage, hub for town River walk and RMNP shuttles. A useful tip: Go to the Dollar General on Rt.7, (less than 2 miles from home) for daily supplies. Avoid the higher prices and crowds at the Safeway in town.

A few things need attention.
A few things need attention.
Windows hard to open, need lubrication.
Light switch in master bedroom needs to be checked, does not work properly.
Refrigerator in game room froze all of our beverages.
Always very helpful.
This home is located just outside RMNP so it is a short drive to enter the park. The home was very clean and we'll maintained. I would love to stay there again on our next vacation.

Reviewer Comments:
We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked allowing us to easily cook breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked great with our family to spread out when needed and come together desired.
