My husband and I had a great time staying at the condo. It was in a perfect location with easy access to the restaurant and other attractions in the area. The condo was clean and comfortable. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Property was unique and very inviting.
Could not get the coffee maker to work. It may have been us, but we tried everything. Instructions would help.
A shade or covering over the exit door to hallway would be nice. Too much light in the hallway.
Definitely would stay again.

It is above a bar that played music till 2am. While I appreciate the earplugs, it wasn’t enough. Had we known a band and then DJ would be playing till 2am, we would have stayed elsewhere.

Newly remodeled and smartly decorated upstairs apartment with to itch conveniences perfectly located just steps above local restaurants and lounges. Parking was easy!
This place is so cute and comfortable! The beds and the bed linens were AMAZING!! The property was clean, great space for the four of us. Wi-Fi and cable service made the stay even that much more enjoyable.
We were in town for a co-worker's wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. As described, the music from downstairs was loud, but over by 2am. It was perfectly fine for us who had just gotten back around 1 and still weren’t ready for sleep. If you need peace and quiet, this may not be the place for you, but we thought it was great! If I’m in the area, I would definitely stay here again.
Overall, great place to stay with history. The property was very clean, contained all things needed when away from home, beds very comfortable and many more items. Past reviews is what attracted us to this property, room is above the stage of the Dirty South for which allows you to enjoy live music from the comfort of your room.

No weekends!
Booked this suite for 3 nights over a weekend. This suite is located directly above a live stage for a bar. On Friday night, the music was booming until 4:00am…this is not earplug fixing music. This is rattle the light fixtures, shake the bed kind of volume. On Saturday night, they ended at 2:00am. You will not be able to sleep at this place in a weekend. Don’t waste your money.
An unexpected great place to rent in Angleton. The rooms all we wonderfully decorated.
High quality remodel of an historic building. Rooms are large and beds wonderful. The decor is first rate... original walls, doors, molding all refinished in a rustic finish. New bathroom. Loved it.
