Tennis tournament

Loved sitting on the patio on the golf course. The sunsets were beautiful. We even ate a delicious grapefruit off the tree by the patio!

Great place to stay in La Quinta

We enjoyed our stay. This condo has everything you need. Very clean, nicely decorated, quiet, pretty views outside of the living room of the golf course and the hills. The patio is an added bonus to enjoy. Check in was easy. I felt the owner and property manager were there for us if we needed anything. I recommend this condo. Location in the PGA West is fantastic.

Spring get away

We enjoyed our stay. I would say it was not easy to turn on the TV. We had to go through the steps several times so it was a little frustrating. Our property manager Dwight was excellent even coming over at 9PM to help with the smoke alarm that was beeping. Thanks again Dwight!

Love staying at PGA West

Communication was great before and during the stay at the condo. We had an issue with no hot water one morning and that was look at quickly and no issues after that. The condo was clean and was what I was expecting. The community pools where just starting to get running when we arrived (mid October) and went to one within a couple of blocks as the one next door was closed. Great location and always love staying in PGA West.

Great spot

Great location. Located on the 5th Tee of Nicklaus Tournament course, with views of the mountains. Enjoyed watching the sunrise. Would definitely stay again.

Golf heaven in Palm Springs

First time in beautiful Palm Springs was everything I imagined. If you love golf and tennis as much as me ....... this is the place to go ! Just make sure when you rent your car have it picked out and reserved in advance to avoid long lines.

Very clean and comfortable.

The unit was a perfect size for me to get away for a few days. Very clean, with details about the local area, shopping/restaurants/sightseeing opportunities, and a lovely welcome basket including a nice bottle of wine. I have stayed in the PGA West complex many times over the years, it is beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed my stay. The property manager was personable and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable

This unit was a perfect size for me to get away for a few days. It was very clean, and had a lovely welcome basket including a nice bottle of wine. They also provided local information on shopping/restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. The property manager was very polite and helpful. I have stayed in the PGA West complex many times over the years. It is very beautiful, and relaxing. I enjoyed my stay.

Overflow for family holiday gathering

This was very adequate for the people who couldn’t fit at our nearby home. We didn’t prepare any meals here so can’t comment on the kitchen. Would really prefer that rentals do not use plug in air “fresheners”. The smell is too strong and permeates everything. I had to move this one outside for the time we were there and open all the windows and it was still overpowering.

Return to PGA West

Overall, the property was very nice. There are however a few things that need to be addressed for future renters. The microwave oven door was severely cracked making it a potential safety hazard. The glass panel on the door is spotted with what appears to be grease splatters from prior users. Both conditions were reported to the property manager. The light above the stove did not work. One of the kitchen ceiling light fixtures was missing and one of the bulbs appears to be burnt out. This too was reported to the property manager. The chairs around the dining area table were in some cases extremely worn. One of the lights in the ceiling fixture also was burnt out. There were other light bulbs that were either missing or burnt out in the master bathroom. We've rented a number of times in PGA West. This unit did not meet the conditions of prior rentals. It did not prevent us from enjoying our visit however.

Love PGA West !

PGA West is beautiful and secure and close to all amenities. Ernie's restaurant located within PGA West is a welcoming location with excellent food and staff. The condo was clean and ready for us upon our arrival and we were welcomed with a gift basket of wine and snacks. The bed in the master was very comfortable (we did not use the spare room). Livingroom had very comfortable furniture and the kitchen supplied us with all that we needed for at home meals. The patio overlooking the 5th tee box on the Greg Norman Course provided us much entertainment and the pool was only steps from the condo. I would certainly consider booking this condo again. A couple very minor issues were quickly attended to by the property manager.

Golfers dream

This unit in PGA West is perfect whether you play golf or just appreciate it. Updated interior, well stocked kitchen, spacious patio, a pool 2 doors down and the 5th hole steps away. Great location and very friendly staff as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Great time in La Quinta!

We absolutely loved our stay in your home! Before we even got there Dwight texted us that he would meet us there, he went over all the house, answered all questions and even helped us with restaurants we might like…we did! He was prompt in any request, let the gate know if friends were coming, and even came back as we were leaving. The condo is so comfortable, in great shape and we loved our visit. Thank you!

Good enough

The place was clean and the view was good. Had a huge table for thanksgiving which is why we picked this spot. The only downside we had was the upstairs neighbor. They just bought the place and are remodeling it. Very loud upstairs and you can hear every step they made and the water running.

The condo was excellent! Well appointed, beautiful scenery and spacious. The community pools were not cleaned often so we found them to be great to sit beside and hang your legs in, but we didn’t swim or use the hot tubs.

Lovely Grounds & Beautiful Setting

The unit was very nice. The property manager, Dwight, was truly delightful and very helpful. The pools were not heated as stated in the ad. There was zero shade and no umbrellas at the pools. The unit's back patio was very nice, except there was not a single umbrella to block the afternoon sun.
