Great location. New, clean. No dining table. No frills. 4 pods for coffee maker. Diswasher was nice. Streaming TV only. Enjoyed the area and easy on iff highways. Good communication.

Convenient and affordable Amherst stay

Not the cleanest or most effective check-in/out info (for example, no check-out info is available yet; and the most important check-in detail—which unit—was buried under less pressing info making it harder than necessary to access the unit. Overall, it is convenient and affordable if you need to stay close to downtown Amherst.

Great experience

The property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. We have two teenagers who found the pullout bed very comfortable. The room was awesome and location is very convenient to everything Amherst has to offer. We will definitely stay again.

Amherst trip

Perfect for us. Husband had a boot on post surgery and the apartment was great for that. Amherst is a delightful town.

Good base

Good location to use for home base for Packers games! Coffee maker ( k-cup) not reliable for coffee drinkers in the mornings! Regular pot maker would be better. Overall good stay.

Family Get Away

We went up to Central Waters Brewing for their 16th annual run/walk. Upon check-in, we were told they had a coffee pot & Keurig. They only had a Keurig but no Keurig cups. So we went to the local coffee shop both mornings for coffee. Underneath the kitchen sink there was a bag of garbage and above the kitchen stove there was an open bag of potato chips and another bag of expired potato chips. The bathroom towels in the vanity were very cheap hotel towels & it wasn’t very clean underneath there. Other than those few issues the place was nice.

Great place

This was a petfect location for our weekend. Lots of great food in the area. Quiet location and nice outside area to sit and watch sunsets while enjoying drinks from the brewery across the street.

I stayed two nights in this unit in the middle of a five day road trip. I was very grateful for the comfortable bed and linens and the spacious shower with great water pressure. I was looking forward to a break from restaurant food but was disappointed by the lack of cookware, utensils, and decent dishes. I did receive a prompt delivery of pots and pans when I asked if I could check out a day early and receive a partial refund, but I would look for somewhere else to stay if I passed through this area again.

Very Nice Stay

Clean, quiet, has a kitchen, internet/wifi, located in a nice rural area but close enough to Stevens Point for nice day trips. While this is not a B&B, it has all the amenities needed for a week or weekend get away. Only complaint is there was no backup toilet paper. 😋

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay. There are only a couple of (VERY) minor items to address. There is only one chair and no table for eating. A folding table and an additional chair would be nice. When there was no one in the unit above us, everything was nice and quiet. The last two days we had renters above us and it was like a herd of bison. Lastly, having some cleaning supplies (toilet brush, broom, etc.) would have been nice. We would have helped with our cleanup had those items been present. All said though, a very nice unit (shower tile and enclosure were amazing), tastefully designed and conveniently located. Also, one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in!!! We would stay again.
