AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Anyone 21 or younger must have a parent co-signer as well as an additional cash security deposit per person as well as a copy of a valid ID of the renter, if the renter refuses to show me the ID I will be cancelling the booking.

For any small , large or electrical appliance or tents or outside fire pit [Fire Dept Approved & Site Visit], permission must be asked and granted before bringing over to the property . A cost would be assessed and added for such extra amenities .

A government issued photo or school I.D MUST be presented for every person staying at the property upon booking .

Please- No Smoking !!! [Fire Hydrants do not exist]. Fire Dept has No Water Capacity except to contain fire from spreading.
