The Space:
This Búzios mansion is so large, it can accommodate 28 people comfortably, so if you have a large family, nobody will be left out. It has no less than 9 luxurious suites and 11 baths in 2000 square meters. And, all of this is only steps from the beach as well as poolside for relaxing both day and night. Yes, this mansion also comes complete with a sparkling swimming pool with comfortable seating, hammocks, and an outdoor kitchen for family barbecues. There’s also a nice lawn area included for the kids to play.

If you are worried about getting out-of-shape while on vacation, especially after eating all of that scrumptious Brazilian food, this vacation home also has a nicely-equipped gym inside. But, that’s not all. This house on the beach even has a massive movie theater with nice cool air-conditioning, And, so the kids are happily occupied, a playroom complete with a ping-pong table, 32-inch television, coloring books, whiteboard, and more is also included in this amazing home-away-from-home.

The well-equipped chef’s kitchen is perfect for fixing family meals or hiring a local chef to come in and cook them for you. And, the common areas are beautiful furnished and appointed with artwork that is museum-quality. They include plenty of comfortable seating for everyone and a big beautiful dining room complete with lush armchairs and a massive capiz-shell chandelier overhead. The Neighborhood:
Ferradura Beach is a great location since it is somewhat close to the city downtown and also to its entrance, saving you some precious time in traffic jams during high season.

Getting Around:
You can come by car and taxi. There are buses taking you to Buzios from Rio and other destinations if you desire.

Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.

Other Things to Note:
With the maximum capacity of the house, 6 employees are required, charged as an extra: 2 cooks, 1 cook assistant, 1 responsible for groceries 1 maid and 1 housekeeper.

Water and electricity are paid as an extra.

There are some extra costs regarding a one-time fee for cleaning, gas, sump.

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* Social visits are limited strictly from 8am until 10pm, up to 4 people at the same time and up to 6 people per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation. Extra staff may be needed at owner's discretion.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) with commercial purposes of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Compensation/penalty of R$ 4.000 in case of broken glass inside the pool.
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
