Born and raised in Buffalo, NY. Married to my lovely wife Sue since 1984. We currently reside in Clarence Center, NY, a suburb outside of Buffalo. We have two children, Matthew and Jenna. I am a licensed real estate agent and my wife Sue is the Chief Operating Officer for Canterbury Woods an assisted living facility.
Why they chose this property
One look out to the water says it all. Quiet end of the Island just a short walk to Tigertail Beach. The pool area surrounded by Palm trees and tropical plants are absolutely beautiful.
What makes this property unique
Low rise building. Only 92 total units. Building has been completed updated throughout. Wonderful social room and BBQ Area. On site management. No weekly renters.
