We bought our apartment in 2006 and turned it into a vacation spot in early 2019.
Why they chose this property
The unit is located in the suburbs of Parklands within walking distance of the famous Blouberg beach with its restaurants and bars. Walking to the beach in the daytime is fine but walk to the beach in the day and take a Uber on the way back at night.
The unit is located in a crescent with a park in the middle and is in a secure location.
The unit has most of the amenities required to have a great time and lovely balcony to bbq and just enjoy the setting sun.
Not more than 15 minutes away is the award-winning Durbanville Hills Winery, with its spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island.
