There are two bedrooms with the master boasting a recycled four poster bed. The second bedroom is configured with two single beds as standard. These can be converted into a king bed if needed. Please let us know when booking.
Fully ducted air conditioning completes the space.
Outside there is a firepit for the beautiful winter evenings.
Before you book, please read these rules;
Only booked and named guests are allowed on the property. Please respect our privacy and security as you are also at our private property which is our home. Guests are not allowed to invite visitors or anyone else over without checking with us first. There are various legal, privacy and bushfire planning reasons why we always ask for the names of all guests.
No shoes inside the villa, leave them at the door. Hard soles and heels will mark the oak flooring.
Please be respectful of us and the neighbours with no loud music at any time and minimal noise after 10pm
If you use the BBQ please leave it clean for the next person.
This is not a party house and large parties or groups are not allowed.
The property operates on harvested and filtered rainwater. Please don’t waste it.
Waste water treatment system:
-Please do not pour oils and fats down the sinks. Use a container and put it in the bin.
-Please do not put items like wipes or napkins down the toilet. Use the small plastic bags in the bathroom vanity draw and the bin beside it.
-Do not use any products containing ammonia or bleach - these will damage the system.
Please note that you are on a rural property and whilst we do our best to maintain it there are sometimes natural hazards which can’t be avoided. If you, accompanying guests or visitors choose to go for a walk or wander through the trees or gully you choose to do so at your own risk.
