✧ Please note that the apartment is on a wharf at the waterfront, where the cruise ships come and go, and they might park the cruise ships close to the apartment balcony, blocking some of the harbour view, but guests will still have city skyline view with Skytower from the balcony. Booking the apartment means that you have accepted this situation at your own risk and decision as we don't have control of when the cruise ships come and go
Longer Stays:
Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.
Events & Parties:
• No gatherings or parties permitted. A breach of this will be charged NZ$3,000.
• Photo shoots, filming etc permitted by prior request.
Number of guests: Maximum guests as per booking are allowed during the stay at all time unless permitted by the host.
CONSIDERATIONS
• Please treat the space with care and leave it as you found it.
• Please do not move furniture around. Interior furniture stays indoor.
• Please be considerate to the other residents living in the building and neighbourhood and keep the noise down between 10pm and 7am. If we are called for a noise complaint, you will be charged NZ$250. If we have to go to the property for this, you will be charged $400.
• Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows me to repair/replace it in time for the next guests. You will be charged for your damages to the property or any missing items.
• Charges apply if any linen and towels are damaged or taken.
KEY
• Lock-out Call: A charge of $60 will be applied to open the door for you.
• Lost key: If you lose the door key, you will be charged for the door lock replacement plus $100 on top.
